/console cameraDistanceMax 50w

Pretty much zooms it out 2 or 3 times farther than it normally goes and the setting stays even after you log in or out. I keep it as a macro though in case I have to reset my UI or whatever. But it's especially great for fights like Rotface where zooming the camera far out makes it MUCH easier to see the person tanking the oozes. It's awesome for being able to see everything that's going on.

This fight is ALL about heals. It's a tad bit inappropriate for a melee to be explaining this fight without showing the Healer's roll in it, which would be impossible from his perspective. For those not understanding you don't "kill" the dream clouds. You jump in the air and while floating around you headbutt them. They look like little green clouds.

It is not like dps and tanks will be sitting around doing nothing, they have their role and contribution to the fight. I think it is appropriate and wise to explain the fight the way they did, 10 man in dps and tank prospective and the harder fight 25 man in healer prospective.

The healer's role is a lot more important on this fight, therefore it should be capitalized on. I still say they should have had Aliena's 10-man up instead... Oh and it's "PERSPECTIVE," not "PROSPECTIVE."

Explaining the fight's 5 adds, their abilities and what could be killed with or without tanking is important. I understand the healer role is important which always has been. on 10 man we had 1 pally go into the portal and 2 holy priests stay out and the pally solo healed the boss with over 30k HPS, used pally tank and DK tank, hunter, ele shammy, rogue, fury war, and one last ranged dps lol but we had 1 tank and 1 melee on each side and all ranged were on supressors then other adds, this works well for us, easily one shot this fight on our first attempt

With a holy priest and a bunch of pallies, you can have the priest throw down guardian spirit on the dragon, and have all your pallies lay hands on the dragon, it'll boost her health by a ton, it also helps to have every heal capable class to spam as many heals on her as possible when this happens. If you have boomkins, they should also contribute as many HoTs as possible throughout the fight. This is basically the bum rush strategy of Valithria, but done right it works beautifully.

Just a hint, when the "lich's" appear,, try to dps them asap... because, if they stay long enough, they will cast the "all raid" frostbolt, it looks like it's nothing... but it's alot!.

That is, because if the healers that are meant to go through the portal are slowed, they will get less stacks of orbs...which means less heal in the boss, which is ALOT of a problem in this boss.
