Is this game worth gettin? I am going on a long trip and can't decide what games to get, at the minute I'm thinking between this, metal gear solid and Gun showdown! plz help before next week!
woah don't do that!! I beat the game in like 4 hours its not long and its extremely repetive. Save your money. I love the series and this game is awesome but when you beat it there's nothing left to do...
This game is Kick ass. But It IS too short. UMDs have a max capacity of 1.6 GB and AC: B only took up less than 600 MB. It's a great game with incredible graphics; but if you really want to enjoy the game take the extra time to find the templar coins and complete the side mission. Only thinki if this game would of took up all 1.6 GB, It would be almost as good as it's console brethren. I give it a B+ because it's just too short. Still worth your money.

altair looks as good as always? especially in the videos where you see gameplay he looks a little weird to me. i think it's his movements. he seems a bit stiff and through that less cool. it might also have something to do with the fact that it seems to me his arms are a bit short this time around. anyway still a great game and i will get it for sure :)

They had better be VERY focused on the finishing touches if they're going to keep depriving us of new material... I'm going into withdrawals.
Well, if you ever saw the gameplay from Ubisoft you would see that you can enter castles seamlessly without loading but the team mentioned that cities have different districts so I imagine there would be loading between them.
I think the best way to tackle the loading problem is do it like on Oblivion, stay in the game but the game sort of freezes while the area loads and lets you continue. That way you're still in the game. ;)
The graphics look really good, almost on par with God of War: Chains of Olympus. The gameplay also seems untouched. Definetly a must buy for me!
Is it just me, or do most of the spin-offs of main-console games turn out to be really good on the PSP? I guess the developers actually WANT to make a great game for PSP if the game is from a series they've been making.
If only we could get this kind of effort on non-spin-offs more often.
Yes I completely agree with you. Actually, the game was built from the ground up but yeah they wanted it to retain all of the key elements of AC1.
And yeah! I found that to be the case too. Examples like: God Of War, Resistance, Syphon Filter, Killzone, Metal Gear Solid, Motorstorm, Gran Turismo, Silent Hill Origins, both gta's, Sims 2, Soul Calibur, Monster Hunter, etc etc. lol

Depends what you look for:
Tekken 6 has a huge roster of characters and plays almost identically to the console version. It also has character customisation.
Gta Ctw is cool if you don't mind the isometric/top down view and it has a lot of content & stuff.
Manhunt 2 is pretty gory and has some tight stealth gameplay but it's not really a scary game.
Assassins Creed plays a lot like AC1 but it has slightly awkard controls & it's short.
