slightly 60s, 70s, Me W,London. My wife loves the american accent. shes from the med, and says its easier on the ear than english. If your trying to sound a bit like a londoner, just avoid parts of words that snap. like dont becomes doen, think - thing', went - wen', etc sometimes we use different varients like Somthing - suming' or summfin - summi' (THE (') Is a glotal stop)

we just know an english or american or australian accent when we hear it not specifically what city or state its from i mean its just the same as in america they have diff types of american accents depending on the states like texas and ny and such but when u hear english ppl do american accents you guys dun complain tat it doesn't sound the same like the accent from the city which the character is supposed to play in..

you know wat he does sound like a real english person....i mean he doesn't overdo the 'englishness' like some other actors who try to impersonate english accents...and yes i have heard some bad sounding english accents...it sounds quite natural and i find he put on a great effort....no i'm not british nor am i from US and honestly tho u say they are abt like 50 diff accents in england but u know to the outside world the minor differences in ur accents are not noticed by non native english ppl...

well...there is no such thing as a 'british' accent. Britain encompasses England, Scotland, parts of Ireland and Wales (all of these accents are WAY different). Plus within London, different classes have different accents. Gabreel was actually pretty good, and he kinda sounds like Burn Gorman...weird.

I'm sorry but a "british accent" doesn't exist. Britain is made up of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales and it's completly impossible to have all those accents in one. And England has like 50 different accents in its self.
