ask yourself, if they would have used a condom, the baby would not have been made right? if they got an abortion, they baby would not have been made. what is the difference? ur stupid
If you say yes to abortion... your saying its ok to kill something innocent. If your against abortion... then you have to rationalize why its ok to go to war. kill animals, why your for the death penalty. You'll quickly see the reason its ok to do those things because 1. Justice is being met 2. Hunger is being healed 3. Justice is being met. Killing a baby in the womb is arbitrary and is done GENERALLY because its an inconvieance.
but by saying it should be allowed you are condoning it. If i see someone about to be killed and I don't do anything, am I not gulity? Just because I say that I didn't want that person to die doesnt' make it okay, if you saw a house burning down with people inside and didn't call 911, than you are partly responsible for their deaths, because you didn't do anything.
Also if you get a chance just for craps, giggles and some information--check out the Priests for Life Website and Rachael's Vineyard. I found some information there from the other side.
.. I think abortion is okay. If you dont want the baby.. abort it. i mean. theres nothing wrong with abortion, anyway. But the most girls in my class hate me for having this opinion .. "those babies live. they can feel it" .. oh.. well.. animals do not live.. they cannot feel..( wich is the reason im a vegeterian). i see.
dont kill people for abortions, a 16 year old girl that has been raped by her grand father kept that baby... it drived her insane and she put it in a plastic bag in a recyle bin at the end of her road... abortians are easier dont you think?
My mom was raped, and decided to keep her baby because she's against abortion. And you know what? "Pro-Life" DOES mean you're for life, because the unborn child you're killing did nothing to you. I'm sorry if you were taken advantage of, I am. But there are orphanages, alright? There are parents willing to accept your child into your home because they can't have any. Don't tell me you're "pro-choice" when that baby doesn't get a say.
@HowtoeataVegan Technically! It's not a baby yet. Don't you think that if a young girl is raped and impregnated she should have a choice? Someone shouldn't have to go through with that if they can't handle it. I knew people who were in this situation. People like you told her she shouldn't get an abortion so she didn't. She was looked down upon for being pregnant when it wasn't her fault. People made her feel so bad about herself that she committed suicide. Think about that.
I am pro choice. I do not believe abortion is necessarily a good thing, but if I women believes that she can not take care of her child, if she was raped and doesn't want to have the child, or if the pregnancy is endangering her life (which rarely but does happen) than she should be allowed to get an abortion.
The jovial attitude he portrays about this issue is unappreciated. Neither him or I will ever understand the full implications or feelings a woman would go through in a situation where abortion is chosen or an option.
can i still label myself pro life if i would consider myself a conscientious objector when it comes to war (if the draft ever even came back or even reached women.. bahaha) ? i would not personally fight in the war, but i dont know if i would completely object to it, based on the circumstances?
I'm for pro life. And your reasons against it are wrong.
1. People that are pro-life are NOT for war. The problem is we cannot stop war. Either we fight, or we let the me people fighting us just slaughter all of us while running around mindlessly.
2. You're argument about animal killing is totally irrelevant. We are talking about HUMAN BEINGS. Not animals / bugs / rocks etc. To kill another of your own kind is totally different then an animal.
@ChristopherGuilday no life is worth more than another. its really selfish that you would just write off animals and all other species for that matter as "irrelevant". killing is killing, it isnt "totally different", they feel as much pain and have as much of a desire to avoid it as we do. im pro-life btw, no need for a violent backlash.
@ChristopherGuilday we are all animals. so killing an "animal" would be killing our "own kind." just because they do not have the same level of cognitive ability as we do does not mean that they are not "our kind" and please, for the sake of accuracy, do not lump "animals" with rocks. we are all living, breathing, feeling creatures and therefore your argument against his theory on animals is wholly ignorant. just saying.
hi , i dont think its right to kill a child because of rape. instead please understand, it is not the childs fault you were raped. like for instance having an abusive husband who you later divorce would you kill your child? no way... its not right.
@Lochesh well duh of course they dont have a choice.
i didnt marry anyone who was abusive? you sure yourreplying to the right person. i am too youngtothink about marriage. I just think if you got pregnant via rape(and abortion after rape is like...1% of abortions), well i jus tthink it isnt right to punish the innocent childfor his fathers crime. the dad should be the one in jail suffering not the kid.
There is no real way to completely stop women from getting abortions. They can be done illegaly. If women really wanted to they could always try and force themselves to have a miscarriage, but that is even more dangerous and complicated than an abortion. Now I would not get an abortion, but I believe women have choices and need to deal with the consequences of their actions.
I am against the death penalty, war, and the killing of animals lol but I don't identify as "pro-life." I'm not against abortion, but I'd never get one, myself and I think it's up to the mother and father of the child. Labels are stupid. Just believe what you believe and leave it at that.
What about the unborn child? it might sound harsh, but i don't believe in abortion for any reason. every child should have the right to Life and Liberty, and not be sentenced to death. regardless of how or why the inception took place, every child is precious, and should be given the same equal rights as everyone else. so, in essence, Pro Choice and Pro Life mean exactly the same, because if you believe in Choices, then you also believe in Life.
@XoXoSakuraKissXoXo ....you HAVE no argument...as evidenced by your comment. my argument is invalid? well, maybe to you, but what about the unborn child? it might sound harsh, but i don't believe in abortion for any reason. every child should have the right to Life & Liberty, and not be sentenced to death. regardless of how or why conception took place, every child is precious, and should be given the same rights as everyone else. if you believe in Choices, then you also believe in Life.
Just to make this clear to everyone, abortion is wrong. It is murder. No matter what the case, whether it's rape or something else, a baby doesn't need to be killed. Everyone has the right to LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. There are other options, such as adoption, so that way the baby has a loving family to take care of him/her instead of being unmercifully killed. Us Pro-Lifers will have the last say! You watch!
Is it wrong to abort a baby even when it is known that carrying the baby and giving birth to it will cause it's mother's death? There's a pretty well known argument for it put forth by judith Jarvis Thomson. I recommend you read some of her arguments, please. A mother's right to live always trumps a fetus's right to life (assuming it is already considered a person) no matter what--especially if the mother became pregnant from a terrible, terrible act of non-consensual sex.
@iPhoneSmiles97 Even in cases of rape? That's not fair at all. What about that mother? What about her life? She had no choice. Some women can't go through 9 months of pregnancy, strange looks, and the heartbreak of adoption when they were the VICTIM of a heinous crime. What about when the mother could die? Should she die and leave a husband or other children. Look, I hate abortion, especially in cases in which the mother choose to have sex. But life isn't black and white.
@super0star0material Look, you are so quick to defend the mother and how horrible it will be, yeah it's terrible, but why is kill the baby? The baby didn't do anything the father did. Why are you so quick to defend how the mother shouldn't suffer but you don't mind murdering an unborn baby. Why is it fair to kill a life for another's crimes? It's not. Why is it so wrong to let the mother suffer for a crime but you have no problem letting a baby be killed for someone else's crime?
@TheJakcam200 First of all i don't know all that many people that would consider themselves or anyone else a "whore" for simply being sexually active with their boyfriend. second how fucking dare you assume such hateful things, i would like to see you get your asshole ripped apart by some random guys dick while crying and screaming NO, struggling to get away but he is much stronger than you and you cant manage to. Go through something like that and then tell me rape victims are whores
@super0star0material So because people continue to murder and steal we should just allow it? Yeah, it will make a difference. You don't allow something you know is wrong just because you don't think you can stop it completely, you stand up for what's right no matter what.
@MoonlightPlaylist If a 14 year girl gets knocked up and decides to get an abortion, she will get one whether it is legal or not. The only difference? Legally, she would be able to get one preformed safely by a licensed doctor. Illegally, she would put her life to risk in a dirty ally way. Is that what you want?
@super0star0material No, but so because people may still do it do we allow it? That's immoral. If it's wrong it's wrong. And you know what, if you really believe abortion is killing babies, how can you say we should allow it? That's like saying you think that killing the Jews in WWII was wrong but you shouldn't do anything about it. And you know what, why can't the 14 year old put it up for adoption? Why are you punishing an unborn life for someone elses choices? It's called responsibility!
@MoonlightPlaylist I'm just saying that making abortion illegal won't stop abortions. It cause women to get abortions in horribly unsafe conditions. I do however, think abortions need to be controlled. A woman shouldn't be able to 10 abortions, for at that point something is wrong. All I'm saying is, making it illegal is not the answer.
@super0star0material It doesn't matter, you can't allow murder because people are doing it anyway, that's like saying you'l allow killers to shoot people because it's quicker and painless than if they strangle them to death, in hopes more people will die quicker deaths. No, if it's wrong it's wrong and you don't allow something that is wrong to be legal just because there might be consequences. IT's not like abortion is the only way, you can get adoptions.
@super0star0material HOw many babies do you think would be saved because mothers couldn't get abortions. I'd say that a lot would, yeah some mothers will put themselves in dangerous positions to get abortions but guess what, the baby dies either way, and you know what, it really bothers me you say your against abortion but okay with the choice. IF you honesty believe it is murdering babies, killing innocent people how could you possibly say that it's a person choice to kill an innocent?
@MoonlightPlaylist And, sorry this is long but your controlling idea has the same results. YOu tell a woman she gets one abortion. well guess what after that one abortion she gets the other nine in those bad conditions, thats not gonna help! maybe we can't stop it, but we can stick by teh fact that its wrong and not sell out because of what if's,
@MoonlightPlaylist I never said that. I'm saying that I think making abortions illegal is not going to help anyone at all. I'm saying they need to be regulated, not made illegal. I specifically stated that I don't want babies to die. I'm not "pro-abortion".
@super0star0material please don't think I don't have any sympathy for that situation, I"m 16 and I know how that would totally mess up my life, but that's the thing that ticks me off is that you take responsibility for what happens in life, even if it's not your fault, if you're married and your husband dies you don't kill off the kids because it's gonna be really hard to take care of them, you make it work and if you absolutely can't you give them to someone who can. Life's tough sometimes.
I read the little blurb under the video, and I understand that you're just trying to make a point about labeling. Yet in the video, you use the term pro-choice and seem ok with it. But by the same logic, if you're pro-choice and you use it as a blanket term (which you did with pro-life, even though I think it's generally understood that the term is meant to apply only to the issue of abortion), then wouldn't that mean that you have to be pro ALL choices? Pro choice to murder, steal, rape, etc.?
@TheJakcam200 ... This is not okay, seriously. Rape occurs because there are shitty, awful people in the world, not because of anything the victim did. STOP VICTIM-BLAMING. It's not funny. Really.
Being pro-life when it comes to pregnancy is very different from pro-life in war and the death penalty. The main difference being that the latter has done something to deserve their loss, by killing people or whatever the reason may be. Abortion is generally used by people who are too pussy to deal with the consequences of their actions.
Topics like this aren't cut and dry in my opinion, there are times for abortion and there aren't.
@TheJakcam200 It's really convenient for your argument when you assume you know what happens. Guess what? You don't. Yes, rape is usually committed by someone you know, you said at least that much right. The rest is just trash.
@TheJakcam200 It makes me sad that you breath my air. What is wrong with you? Oh, right. I know. You think that rape is the victim's fault; that's what's wrong with you.
@shanana000 I'm not going to go into this with you right now as neither of us would benefit, and we are just not going to see eye to eye. I will tell you that the comment you are addressing was meant for someone saying that women who are raped are "asking for it." I respect your opinion that abortion is wrong, I do not, however, respect the opinion that was being presented by the user I responded to: that rape victims are "asking" to be raped.
@alm24601 I don't believe for one second that woman are "asking" to be raped...just like a baby I don't believe a baby isn't "asking" to be burned alive or chopped to pieces and tossed in a trash can...because of it's father's wrong doing.
@shanana000 If you don't believe that women who are being raped are at fault, than we don't have a problem. I respect your right to identify with the Pro-life stance, and that's all there is to it.
@uglykidlance Not really. What about pro-choicers makes them not pro-choice? He gave some swift examples of what makes pro-lifers not actually pro-life.
I've actually thought about this, because I thought your comment was accurate and dead on at first. But the more I tried to come up with examples for how pro-choicers are also usually against their own title, I realized I couldn't think of any.
@RCRobVlogs My point is that the honest labels would be "pro-abortion" and "anti-abortion". Anything else is, as I said, transparent political framing.
And I don't have much patience for that kind of wordplay bullshit.
@uglykidlance Wow. I actually feel like a giant idiot right now haha. You're 100% right. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't call it that. I mean, it's exactly that. It's political framing. Because saying you're either anti or pro abortion makes you sound totally horrible either way, because they're both so blunt and abrupt. But either way, it's what it is. People need to learn to call a spade a spade. I concede my argument to you, good sir haha.
How on earth does a single cell suffer more than an animal being slaughtered. Is it murder for me to kill one of my skin cells? No? Why not? What is the difference between a skin cell and a zygote? The fact it has half the DNA of its parents? So what?
Somehow this zygote, which is just a simple cell, should have more right to exist than a fully developed animal. Think about it - a zygote has no personality, no knowledge, nothing. It is just the result of two combined gamete cells.
@SeanACampbell It's true that conception results in a single cell made from the two gametes, but when people are considering abortion, or able to have one, it's around 12 weeks along, making this much more than a single cell. At this point, the fetus has eyelids, ears, and arms and legs.
@shalalalauren I still fail to see how this fetus suffers more than a fully developed animal of a species other than humans, for example a pig or cow being slaughtered.
@SeanACampbell I don't think fetuses suffer more or less than other animals. All animals are capable of feeling pain. I think we can all recognize that and empathize with them--including members of our own species. I just don't think exterminating a life should be the quick fix for unwanted pregnancy.
@shalalalauren So long as you agree that a woman's choice as to how she deals with her own mass of cells should not be taken away. I think the whole argument of "Is it a life or not?" is silly. It just shouldn't matter. It's the woman's (or anyone with a uterus) to decide. Right?
@RoboticShakedown In my opinion, I think the crucial point here is indeed determining whether it's a life or not. Because if it is, abortion is taking the life of another human being--which is against the law. In that case it should be treated like other murder. If it isn't, then abortion is merely an extraction of unwanted cells in the female body. However, I think we've established that not only is it a life, but it is capable of feeling this procedure.
@shalalalauren Abortion makes me really uncomfortable because of that guilt tripping argument. But it really helps me to believe that it is a woman/uterus bearer's choice. To be supportive of a law that would ban abortion only hurts more than it would help. It's a terrible choice to make but at least support the freedom to make it. Better than to have women trying to stick coat hangers inside themselves.
@RoboticShakedown I understand what you mean. Making abortion illegal would inevitably result in some women making the wrong choices. However, if you want to look at this from a purely logical standpoint, if every issue was dealt with this way- if we withdrew laws because people would break them anyway- there would be no such thing as laws. If you'd like to say you value a society without laws, that's perfectly fine. But in this society/government, abortion- logically- should be outlawed.
@shalalalauren That in no way is logical at all... Not every situation is even the same. We're talking about lives. I never thought I'd read something so heartless. I mean, to say that a fetus is worth more than its mother? Really? Being pro-life actually means anti-life, like the video stated. It's against women's rights. I don't understand why people need to "rationalize" or add unnecessary emotional layers to taking rights away. I wasn't trying to argue but my mind is blown right now.
@RoboticShakedown Also, I never said the baby's life is more important than the mother's. If it's a life or death situation, I think the woman should be able to choose. But in most other cases, I don't see how taking another life is okay.
@shalalalauren By believing that abortion should be outlawed insinuates that the unborn fetus's existence is worth more than the overall life of a woman. Women don't get abortions because they like it. No one likes it. It's not about a quick fix, to say so is ignorant and neglects empathy. If any woman gets an abortion, it's because she has to. And it's her right to choose it. I don't get why this is so complicated for people to understand. If you don't like abortion, don't get one.
@RoboticShakedown I'd go further into this, but I sense some negative attitude going on here.. and I don't want this discussion to turn into an argument. Good day.
@RoboticShakedown I'm not supportive of a law that gives someone the right to take a life. I'm not supportive of a law that takes away the right to life.
@shalalalauren By being against the right to choice, you're actually saying that the fetus has more rights than the woman. herpderp It's not up to you to choose for someone else. Stay out of the uteri.
@RoboticShakedown And you're saying that women should have the right to kill a child. Sorry I'm not gonna hop on board. If abortion were legalized, it should be the man and woman's choice... not just the woman. It's interesting how when the child is inside the woman, it's only the woman's child. And the woman can decide to end the life of it if she so chooses. But if she chooses to have it, the man is obligated to help pay for it, because only when it is born does it belong to the father also.
@shalalalauren If you're going to talk about abortion, you should use accurate terms. It's a fetus. Study has shown that it's not conscious of its being or even feel pain until after 21-35 weeks, which is after the abortion time frame anyway so it's fine. And it is the woman's choice because it is her uterus. I'm saying that the woman should have the right to abortion if she has to. I'm not some asshole that wants to control someone else's uterus. And you say you're not anti-women. LOL
@RoboticShakedown Here's where I'm leaving the conversation, for I went from a human being to an 'asshole.' I'll leave you with this: go ahead and call the 'child' a 'fetus' and make yourself feel better about telling a bunch of people it's okay to kill another human. Whatever helps you sleep at night. Good day.
@shalalalauren I'm just being factual and empathetic to real, cognitive living beings. I'm sorry you were offended. I don't really think you're the asshole, like many pro-lifers tend to be. I just think you need to do more research. I learned this in all my gender study and psychology classes though, even if facts disconfirm your views, you'll just block it out and continue to guilt trip others to believing it's not okay to save women from such a patriarchal practice of eliminating choice.
@shalalalauren Honestly, it's simple. You don't like abortions? Don't ever get one. But don't stop others from making their choice. Being supportive of a law that hurts women isn't something you can ever rationalize.
@RoboticShakedown I think I've rationalized it. I'm not a woman hater and I don't want women to be hurt. I am a woman. I just don't support an action that kills another human being.
@shalalalauren By supporting the banning of abortion, you're supporting something that kills people who are actually living their lives, aware of their beings, etc.
@shalalalauren You mean, how does banning an option that helps women kill women? Pretty obvious. I know what you mean by not wanting an argument. I didn't want one either. It just seriously blows my mind that someone would say that she's for women yet is against something that helps women. Maybe in a few years you'll get it. It usually takes a bit more time and education. Or just go to stfuconservatives. tumblr. com
U fucken ass hole u don't know shit u know 4,000 babies are killl in a day tell u think this is right the total of babies kill is 52,343,392 just get a fucken life
@KenzieeJane You mean aborting a fetus. So if a woman was raped or is seriously endangered by the pregnancy, she does not have the right to abort a fetus manifesting in HER body?
@eriuphoenix Seriously, people lack such empathy for actual human beings but advocate for a mass of cells or an unborn fetus. Man, I wish I was back in the womb and then maybe more people would actually give a f*ck.
@TheAnnoyingThing1915 "Don't want your rights taken away? Don't take away theirs." How does that work with smoking, either you take away the right to smoke, or the right to clean air... Hmm
@TheTC no, smoking is not a right okay? It shouldn't be, smoking kills people and ruins families, I'd give up smoking in a heartbeat for clean air. People don't realize how lucky they are. So you can shut the fuck up.
The guy in this video is falsely framing his political view by using dishonest terms. My side is truly pro-life as I proved in my previous posts. Far more people would suffer and die if we were to reject war, the death penalty and animal husbandry. But his side isn't pro-choice, they're pro-abortion. If a pregnant woman enters an abortion clinic, my side yells, "Don't do it!" His side yells, "Do it!" If she chooses life, my side celebrates. If she chooses death, his side celebrates.
@stuntbaby63 Pro choice does not celebrate death, they celebrate freedom. This is not a Christian based government. This is a freedom based government. So go thump your bible some where else please. Or move to South Dakota.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Pro-choice...celebrate freedom." You're talking about average, decent people. I'm talking about organized leaders who are driving a pro-abortion agenda. These are totalitarians cut from the same cloth as Chinese despots. They crave the power to force abortions & sterilizations. But to gain such power, they must first lay down the groundwork -- i.e. "The Pro-choice Movement". Sarah Palin is so deeply hated because she refused to abort her Down's baby and her grandchild.
@stuntbaby63 Lol. There are many more valid reasons why people hate Sarah Palin. I've never heard of any candidate pressing the issue of sterilization of U.S. people.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "There are many more valid reasons why people hate Sarah Palin." I disagree. If Sarah Palin had aborted her Down's baby, she would be held up as a great and courageous role model for women everywhere. There was a famous moment from the Republican convention when her youngest daughter lovingly smoothed down her baby brother's hair. The political Left realized at that moment that Palin had to be destroyed. Name three "valid" reasons why she's hated and I'll prove you wrong.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I've never heard of any candidate pressing the issue of sterilization." Al Gore said he wanted to "stabilize the population" to reduce CO2 emissions. Joe Biden said he wouldn't "second-guess" the Chinese abortion and sterilization policies. Global warming is anti-human/anti-liberty. It portrays the Earth as a victim of a harmful and invasive kudzu-like pest called humanity. The "pro-choice" line is like pot: After you smoke it, the harder drugs suddenly seem reasonable.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "There are many more valid reasons why people hate Sarah Palin." The wording of this sentence suggests that people (i.e. you) do, in fact, hate her because she chose NOT to kill her baby. Yes, there are other reasons to hate her, but her living Down's child is a valid reason to hate her, as well. Is this what you meant to say or are you just a clumsy writer? Have you inadvertently expressed a pro-death sentiment here? If not, then please clarify. Thanks.
@stuntbaby63 Maybe Im a bit of a clumsy writer, forgive me. I honestly had no idea about Sarah Palin's Downs baby issue. And frankly, the whole abortion issue really isnt that important to me when there are so many other issues wrong with America. Whether or not a woman decides to have an abortion is her own choice. Im in favor of any law that gives people more freedom over there own body.I just dont think Sarah Palin has the experience or know how to run the most powerfull country in the world.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Maybe I'm a bit of a clumsy writer." No, you're fine. I was rude. Had I been more thoughtful, I would have replaced that snarky comment with something reasonable. Please forgive ME. As for abortion, it's not a small issue. It's huge. Slavery and the Holocaust were fueled by a selfish quest for easy money and convenience. And by reclassifying blacks & Jews as "sub-human", people felt justified in doing anything to them! How is abortion any different from these evils?
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I just don't think Sarah Palin has the experience or know how to run the most powerful country in the world." Fair enough. You may be right. But if experience and know-how are truly important to you, then you must have thought even less of Obama. Newt Gingrich famously shot down this weak criticism by weighing Palin's executive experience against Obama's. Palin was a proven leader with an impressive record of successes. Obama was a neophyte who had done nothing of note.
@KatoKid85 Not being a 'tool' or a 'douche'. Just seems like a waste since Nader will never win. Sad but true. And fuck no-I'd never vote for Palin. She's insane and an idiot to boot.
@KatoKid85 (Cont.) But let's be clear: My issue is not with anyone who makes fair, reasonable and substantive criticisms of Sarah Palin. She's certainly made mistakes and I'm certainly not arguing that she should be president. No, what I'm saying is that she and her family were singled out and attacked in the most vile ways imaginable. How can you explain it? How could this nice women inspire so much hatred? I think it's because she and her baby are living reminders that abortion is evil.
@stuntbaby63 Every single person who decides they want to have a career in politics is going to have just as much hatred cast uppon them. Obama had just as much hate cast his way from Republicans, and concervatives when he ran for president. Thats called politics. If you dont want people to disect and critisize your life, then you shouldnt run for president. 90% of Americans could care less about the whole Downs baby issue, and hate her because she knows next to nothing about running America
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Obama had just as much hate cast his way from Republicans, and concervatives when he ran for president." We're not talking about party politics. We're talking about media narratives. The mainstream media packaged Obama like he was a global savior who could end war and lower the oceans. They had school kids singing songs to him and making public loyalty pledges to him personally. Palin, however, was/is savaged by the press. They ridicule her just to prove they are smart.
@KatoKid85 wrote, " If you dont want people to disect and critisize your life, then you shouldnt run for president." Huh? She never RAN for president! I'm perfectly fine with people dissecting & criticizing Sarah Palin. And of course, you're right that it comes with the territory. But none of this is relevant to what I said. The media are not well-meaning professionals conducting an honest vetting. They're Leftists out to destroy a woman who exposes the sickness of their pole star issue.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Who cares about Sarah Palin anywase?" The point I made was not really about Sarah Palin. It was about why the Left developed such a sick and irrational hatred for her. I think it all comes down to the abortion issue. All women are expected to defend their "God-given" right to kill their own unborn children. Those who defend this right are heroes. Those who reject this right are villains. Palin is a particularly effective "villain" so the Left is out to destroy her.
@stuntbaby63 You seem kind of obsessed with the whole abortion issue. Abortion has little to no impact on why the Lefts dislike Palin. Its unfortunate the only voices that are ussually heard are the extremists on both sides. When in reality, those loud voices only represent a small fraction of the community. Most people including myself could care less about the abortion issue, or how Palin feels about the issue. People who base their voting decision on the abortion issue are dumb and ignorant
@KatoKid85 wrote, "You seem kind of obsessed with the whole abortion issue." Isn't that the subject of the featured video? You are just as "obsessed with the whole abortion issue" as I am because if you weren't, you would never respond to any of my posts. And I bet you this: If any politician were to ever put through legislation that would grant unborn babies the human rights that the D.O.I. clearly identifies, then you would go nuts over this issue that you "could[n't] care less about".
@KatoKid85 wrote, "She is just the lucky one to be picked." Fine. She was picked. The question is, "WHY was she picked?" One answer that I think holds more weight than others is that Sarah Palin refused to kill her son and her grandson. Had she done these things, she would now be enjoying the praise and adoration of millions of pro-abortion/pro-death/anti-human people like you. Please wake up to the sick "religion" that you have confused for science, compassion, progress and wisdom.
@stuntbaby63 I'd say she was picked because she's not very good at defending herself which makes her an easy target. Unlike many poloticians, Palin was not born with a silver tounge. I've seen some of her interviews from TV and I've found the best option for her is usually just keeping her mouth shut. This woman does not do herself any favors with some of the garbage that comes out of her mouth.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "This woman does not do herself any favors with some of the garbage that comes out of her mouth." Okay. Please quote her word for word and explain to me why what she says is "garbage". And here is another reason the Left have tried so hard to destroy her: She DOES have "a sliver tongue". Wherever she goes, she attracts huge crowds who love her. If she didn't have such good public speaking skills, she would not be as feared as she is. Joe Biden, however, is a pure fool.
@stuntbaby63 I'll take as much wisdom as I can get. Im only 26 though. You've got a few years on me. All I know is I love being alive in America living as free as I do right now. And I appreciate all my freedoms. But that doesnt mean I dont see the negative impacts of my freedoms on our Earth.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "All I know is I love being alive in America living as free as I do right now. And I appreciate all my freedoms. But that doesnt mean I dont see the negative impacts of my freedoms on our Earth."
I hate the fact that I continually take issue with your views. After a while, it must seem like I disagree with you just for the sport of disagreeing with you. The quote of yours above could have been written by me. You and I are smack-dab in the middle of the same page. Thanks.
@stuntbaby63 I totally agree with you that having a baby with a mental illness is in no way an excuse to have an abortion. But the reasons why woman have abortions is non of my buisness, or anyone else's buisness besides the mother. I think in todays society the government is putting their nose into issues that are non of their buisness. We live under a "nanny state", when we should be living under a state of freedom.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "But the reasons why woman have abortions is non of my buisness, or anyone else's buisness besides the mother." Why is the father excluded? Doesn't he have any say in the matter? Let me ask you a question: When does a human being acquire unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? I have a very clear and logical argument that says human rights begin at conception. This means that no woman has a right to kill her unborn baby. Do you have an answer?
@stuntbaby63 The father can have an opinion, but when it comes down to it, it's the mother's decision. I wish I had a good answer for when the cut off line is for abortion. Im not a doctor or scientist. Thats a very difficult question and I am not qualified to give an educated response.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I wish I had a good answer for when the cut off line is for abortion. Im not a doctor or scientist." Science can't speak to the value of life nor the definition of human rights. If the D.O.I. is correct that our Creator created us with an unalienable right to live, then unborn babies are human beings and abortion is murder. If, however, we rely on science to pinpoint the moment our unalienable rights begin, then we'll never know. It's a question science can never answer.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "the reasons why woman have abortions is none of my buisness." What if one day a genetic cause for homosexuality -- i.e. "The Gay Gene" -- could be identified in a prenatal screening? Should a pregnant woman have the right to kill her "gay baby" in the womb simply because she wants all her kids to be straight? When we make human beings disposable, we set into motion forces that have horrible unintended consequences. The future will NOT look pretty.
@stuntbaby63 The "gay gene" are you kidding me? What if they find the gene that causes people to be an asshole, or the "dumb gene". I dont think to many people are concerned with the "gay gene". You might as well be afraid of the sky falling. What kind of argument is that? Besides, your talking about playing God.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "The "gay gene" are you kidding me?" Look. I'm asking you a hypothetical question. It's a thought experiment. Are you prepared to stand behind your stated belief that abortion is a woman's right and that it's none of our business why she has one? If so, then say, "Yes, a pregnant woman SHOULD have the right to kill her "gay baby" in the womb." If not, then you must rethink your whole argument. Because the present world WILL shape the future world. Do you understand?
@KatoKid85 By the way, I think it's very telling that you dodged my question. You must either admit that gay babies have no right to live or you must contradict your whole argument. Since both choices are uncomfortable, you are forced to ridicule the question and dismiss it out of hand. But this choice is bad, too, because it calls into question your credibility. What do you think?
@stuntbaby63 Why is it that every response I give you, you try to twist my words into somthing I dont mean. Every comment I've made, you've tried to twist and missread my statement. At what point in my comment did you assume I think gay babies should die. Your last argument was garbage, "what if they find the gay gene", thats like saying what if big foot is real. Im not dodging your question, Im calling you out for making an irrelevant point.
@KatoKid85 asked, "At what point in my comment did you assume I think gay babies should die?" You're twisting MY words, I'm not twisting yours. I never accused you of wanting gay babies to die. I challenged your belief that a woman has a right to abort her baby for any reason. Isn't that your argument, that it's nobody's business but hers? If she feels her baby is going to be born female, or black, or handicapped, or gay, or whatever, do you grant her the right to an abortion? Yes or No?
@stuntbaby63 Yes, I grant her that right, though I may not agree with her decision. I would hope there would be programs set in place to council the mother and to help her try every other option, such as adoption.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I've never heard of any candidate pressing the issue of sterilization of U.S. people." John Holdren, Obama's Science Czar thinks forced abortions and mass sterilization are needed to save the planet. He said so in his book, "Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment". He advocates extreme, totalitarian measures that would determine who lives and dies on a massive scale. This, from the Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy!
@stuntbaby63 Holdren is right, if we continue on the same path, we have a very bleak future. But that doesnt mean its going to be USA's policy. Americans will never stand for such a thing. Thats like saying, we could catch a lot more criminals and reduce crime if we forgot about the fourth amendment. Just because Holdren is not afraid to tell it like it is, does not mean we have to worry about that sort of thing going into policy, at least not in this century.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Holdren is not afraid to tell it like it is." What do you mean by this? What exactly is Holdren right about? Are you saying that he is right to advocate forced abortions and forced sterilizations? If so, then you are proving my whole argument. Are you saying that we must make public policy that shrinks the global human population?
@stuntbaby63 Im saying his theory is correct about the population. I dont think we will see it in our generation, but if our population continues to grow and destroy our planet at this pace, then eventually we may be forced to use extreme measures in order to save this planet and human kind.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "if our population continues to grow and destroy our planet at this pace..." Humanity is NOT destroying the planet. You have bought a disgusting anti-human hoax, hook, line and sinker. Who will have the power to decide who lives and dies? What if someone someday decides that your children are a threat to Mother Earth because they produce too much CO2? And what if they were to be killed for the greater good? Should they just take their "pain pills" like good little slaves?
@stuntbaby63 Wait a second, you saying humanity is not destroying our Earth? Where do you get your facts from? Humanity is like a cancer of this planet. Our Earth would be much better off if humans never exhisted. There is no argueing that fact. Im starting to question your credibility.
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Our Earth would be much better off if humans never exhisted."
It would not be "our" Earth if humans never existed.
Here's a big difference between you and me. I think it's my duty to help you, protect you or even save you if needs be because to think otherwise would be to betray my values. The lives and liberty of you and all those you love are of great value to me. You, however, think I'm a virus on the Earth that should be wiped out. Your view is NOT a healthy one.
@stuntbaby63 I dont think your a virus that should be wiped out. I wish there were more people like you in the world who are educated and stand for somthing. I wish I had a little more of you in me. Why is the life and liberty of myself of such great importance to you? Are you, like, the Dali Lama or somthing?
@KatoKid85 asked, "Why is the life and liberty of myself of such great importance to you?" I was raised to believe it. And as far as I'm concerned, NOT believing it is profane. The Founding Fathers of the United States of America wanted us to believe. It comes from the Bible which says that you and I are made in God's image. It says our lives are infinitely valuable. It challenges us to elevate ourselves toward the sacred because only this will make a better world...not government.
In fairness, "pro-life" and "pro-choice" are BOTH examples of political framing.

TheEpicPaco 3 days ago
If you say yes to abortion... your saying its ok to kill something innocent. If your against abortion... then you have to rationalize why its ok to go to war. kill animals, why your for the death penalty. You'll quickly see the reason its ok to do those things because 1. Justice is being met 2. Hunger is being healed 3. Justice is being met. Killing a baby in the womb is arbitrary and is done GENERALLY because its an inconvieance.

Abortion is not a right unless the mother's life is in danger and the baby is too young to survive.
IsmailaGodHasHeard1 2 weeks ago
but by saying it should be allowed you are condoning it. If i see someone about to be killed and I don't do anything, am I not gulity? Just because I say that I didn't want that person to die doesnt' make it okay, if you saw a house burning down with people inside and didn't call 911, than you are partly responsible for their deaths, because you didn't do anything.

dont kill people for abortions, a 16 year old girl that has been raped by her grand father kept that baby... it drived her insane and she put it in a plastic bag in a recyle bin at the end of her road... abortians are easier dont you think?
elzbells10 3 weeks ago
My mom was raped, and decided to keep her baby because she's against abortion. And you know what? "Pro-Life" DOES mean you're for life, because the unborn child you're killing did nothing to you. I'm sorry if you were taken advantage of, I am. But there are orphanages, alright? There are parents willing to accept your child into your home because they can't have any. Don't tell me you're "pro-choice" when that baby doesn't get a say.
HowtoeataVegan 3 weeks ago
@HowtoeataVegan Technically! It's not a baby yet. Don't you think that if a young girl is raped and impregnated she should have a choice? Someone shouldn't have to go through with that if they can't handle it. I knew people who were in this situation. People like you told her she shouldn't get an abortion so she didn't. She was looked down upon for being pregnant when it wasn't her fault. People made her feel so bad about herself that she committed suicide. Think about that.
SmileyRyleigh8 3 weeks ago
I am pro choice. I do not believe abortion is necessarily a good thing, but if I women believes that she can not take care of her child, if she was raped and doesn't want to have the child, or if the pregnancy is endangering her life (which rarely but does happen) than she should be allowed to get an abortion.

BringOnTheRainxx3 1 month ago
I'm for pro life. And your reasons against it are wrong.
1. People that are pro-life are NOT for war. The problem is we cannot stop war. Either we fight, or we let the me people fighting us just slaughter all of us while running around mindlessly.
2. You're argument about animal killing is totally irrelevant. We are talking about HUMAN BEINGS. Not animals / bugs / rocks etc. To kill another of your own kind is totally different then an animal.
3. most pro-life are against death penalty.
ChristopherGuilday 1 month ago
@ChristopherGuilday no life is worth more than another. its really selfish that you would just write off animals and all other species for that matter as "irrelevant". killing is killing, it isnt "totally different", they feel as much pain and have as much of a desire to avoid it as we do. im pro-life btw, no need for a violent backlash.
ShaeMcBrayer 1 month ago
@ChristopherGuilday we are all animals. so killing an "animal" would be killing our "own kind." just because they do not have the same level of cognitive ability as we do does not mean that they are not "our kind" and please, for the sake of accuracy, do not lump "animals" with rocks. we are all living, breathing, feeling creatures and therefore your argument against his theory on animals is wholly ignorant. just saying.

You watch!
iPhoneSmiles97 2 months ago
@iPhoneSmiles97
Is it wrong to abort a baby even when it is known that carrying the baby and giving birth to it will cause it's mother's death? There's a pretty well known argument for it put forth by judith Jarvis Thomson. I recommend you read some of her arguments, please. A mother's right to live always trumps a fetus's right to life (assuming it is already considered a person) no matter what--especially if the mother became pregnant from a terrible, terrible act of non-consensual sex.
asianmatt2012 2 months ago
@iPhoneSmiles97 Even in cases of rape? That's not fair at all. What about that mother? What about her life? She had no choice. Some women can't go through 9 months of pregnancy, strange looks, and the heartbreak of adoption when they were the VICTIM of a heinous crime. What about when the mother could die? Should she die and leave a husband or other children. Look, I hate abortion, especially in cases in which the mother choose to have sex. But life isn't black and white.
super0star0material 2 weeks ago
@super0star0material Look, you are so quick to defend the mother and how horrible it will be, yeah it's terrible, but why is kill the baby? The baby didn't do anything the father did. Why are you so quick to defend how the mother shouldn't suffer but you don't mind murdering an unborn baby. Why is it fair to kill a life for another's crimes? It's not. Why is it so wrong to let the mother suffer for a crime but you have no problem letting a baby be killed for someone else's crime?

@super0star0material So because people continue to murder and steal we should just allow it? Yeah, it will make a difference. You don't allow something you know is wrong just because you don't think you can stop it completely, you stand up for what's right no matter what.
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
@MoonlightPlaylist If a 14 year girl gets knocked up and decides to get an abortion, she will get one whether it is legal or not. The only difference? Legally, she would be able to get one preformed safely by a licensed doctor. Illegally, she would put her life to risk in a dirty ally way. Is that what you want?
super0star0material 2 weeks ago
@super0star0material No, but so because people may still do it do we allow it? That's immoral. If it's wrong it's wrong. And you know what, if you really believe abortion is killing babies, how can you say we should allow it? That's like saying you think that killing the Jews in WWII was wrong but you shouldn't do anything about it. And you know what, why can't the 14 year old put it up for adoption? Why are you punishing an unborn life for someone elses choices? It's called responsibility!
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
@MoonlightPlaylist I'm just saying that making abortion illegal won't stop abortions. It cause women to get abortions in horribly unsafe conditions. I do however, think abortions need to be controlled. A woman shouldn't be able to 10 abortions, for at that point something is wrong. All I'm saying is, making it illegal is not the answer.
super0star0material 2 weeks ago
@super0star0material It doesn't matter, you can't allow murder because people are doing it anyway, that's like saying you'l allow killers to shoot people because it's quicker and painless than if they strangle them to death, in hopes more people will die quicker deaths. No, if it's wrong it's wrong and you don't allow something that is wrong to be legal just because there might be consequences. IT's not like abortion is the only way, you can get adoptions.
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
@super0star0material HOw many babies do you think would be saved because mothers couldn't get abortions. I'd say that a lot would, yeah some mothers will put themselves in dangerous positions to get abortions but guess what, the baby dies either way, and you know what, it really bothers me you say your against abortion but okay with the choice. IF you honesty believe it is murdering babies, killing innocent people how could you possibly say that it's a person choice to kill an innocent?
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
@MoonlightPlaylist And, sorry this is long but your controlling idea has the same results. YOu tell a woman she gets one abortion. well guess what after that one abortion she gets the other nine in those bad conditions, thats not gonna help! maybe we can't stop it, but we can stick by teh fact that its wrong and not sell out because of what if's,
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
@MoonlightPlaylist I never said that. I'm saying that I think making abortions illegal is not going to help anyone at all. I'm saying they need to be regulated, not made illegal. I specifically stated that I don't want babies to die. I'm not "pro-abortion".
super0star0material 2 weeks ago
@super0star0material please don't think I don't have any sympathy for that situation, I"m 16 and I know how that would totally mess up my life, but that's the thing that ticks me off is that you take responsibility for what happens in life, even if it's not your fault, if you're married and your husband dies you don't kill off the kids because it's gonna be really hard to take care of them, you make it work and if you absolutely can't you give them to someone who can. Life's tough sometimes.
MoonlightPlaylist 2 weeks ago
I read the little blurb under the video, and I understand that you're just trying to make a point about labeling. Yet in the video, you use the term pro-choice and seem ok with it. But by the same logic, if you're pro-choice and you use it as a blanket term (which you did with pro-life, even though I think it's generally understood that the term is meant to apply only to the issue of abortion), then wouldn't that mean that you have to be pro ALL choices? Pro choice to murder, steal, rape, etc.?

Being pro-life when it comes to pregnancy is very different from pro-life in war and the death penalty. The main difference being that the latter has done something to deserve their loss, by killing people or whatever the reason may be. Abortion is generally used by people who are too pussy to deal with the consequences of their actions.
Topics like this aren't cut and dry in my opinion, there are times for abortion and there aren't.

SeanACampbell 4 months ago
@SeanACampbell It's true that conception results in a single cell made from the two gametes, but when people are considering abortion, or able to have one, it's around 12 weeks along, making this much more than a single cell. At this point, the fetus has eyelids, ears, and arms and legs.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren I still fail to see how this fetus suffers more than a fully developed animal of a species other than humans, for example a pig or cow being slaughtered.

@SeanACampbell I don't think fetuses suffer more or less than other animals. All animals are capable of feeling pain. I think we can all recognize that and empathize with them--including members of our own species. I just don't think exterminating a life should be the quick fix for unwanted pregnancy.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren So long as you agree that a woman's choice as to how she deals with her own mass of cells should not be taken away. I think the whole argument of "Is it a life or not?" is silly. It just shouldn't matter. It's the woman's (or anyone with a uterus) to decide. Right?
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown In my opinion, I think the crucial point here is indeed determining whether it's a life or not. Because if it is, abortion is taking the life of another human being--which is against the law. In that case it should be treated like other murder. If it isn't, then abortion is merely an extraction of unwanted cells in the female body. However, I think we've established that not only is it a life, but it is capable of feeling this procedure.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren Abortion makes me really uncomfortable because of that guilt tripping argument. But it really helps me to believe that it is a woman/uterus bearer's choice. To be supportive of a law that would ban abortion only hurts more than it would help. It's a terrible choice to make but at least support the freedom to make it. Better than to have women trying to stick coat hangers inside themselves.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown I understand what you mean. Making abortion illegal would inevitably result in some women making the wrong choices. However, if you want to look at this from a purely logical standpoint, if every issue was dealt with this way- if we withdrew laws because people would break them anyway- there would be no such thing as laws. If you'd like to say you value a society without laws, that's perfectly fine. But in this society/government, abortion- logically- should be outlawed.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren That in no way is logical at all... Not every situation is even the same. We're talking about lives. I never thought I'd read something so heartless. I mean, to say that a fetus is worth more than its mother? Really? Being pro-life actually means anti-life, like the video stated. It's against women's rights. I don't understand why people need to "rationalize" or add unnecessary emotional layers to taking rights away. I wasn't trying to argue but my mind is blown right now.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown Also, I never said the baby's life is more important than the mother's. If it's a life or death situation, I think the woman should be able to choose. But in most other cases, I don't see how taking another life is okay.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren By believing that abortion should be outlawed insinuates that the unborn fetus's existence is worth more than the overall life of a woman. Women don't get abortions because they like it. No one likes it. It's not about a quick fix, to say so is ignorant and neglects empathy. If any woman gets an abortion, it's because she has to. And it's her right to choose it. I don't get why this is so complicated for people to understand. If you don't like abortion, don't get one.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown I'd go further into this, but I sense some negative attitude going on here.. and I don't want this discussion to turn into an argument. Good day.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren I didn't want it to be so negative. I'm sorry. It just breaks my heart when someone feels more for an unborn fetus than a woman.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown I don't feel more for an unborn fetus. I feel equally. Shouldn't all lives be equally valued?
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren Then you wouldn't be supportive of something that takes away rights. :D
RoboticShakedown 3 months ago
@RoboticShakedown I'm not supportive of a law that gives someone the right to take a life. I'm not supportive of a law that takes away the right to life.
shalalalauren 3 months ago
@shalalalauren So now you're saying that an embryo/fetus has more rights than a woman. Okay then.
RoboticShakedown 3 months ago
@RoboticShakedown No, I'm saying they have equal rights... as I've said in the past 3 comments.
shalalalauren 3 months ago
@shalalalauren By being against the right to choice, you're actually saying that the fetus has more rights than the woman. herpderp It's not up to you to choose for someone else. Stay out of the uteri.
RoboticShakedown 3 months ago
@RoboticShakedown And you're saying that women should have the right to kill a child. Sorry I'm not gonna hop on board. If abortion were legalized, it should be the man and woman's choice... not just the woman. It's interesting how when the child is inside the woman, it's only the woman's child. And the woman can decide to end the life of it if she so chooses. But if she chooses to have it, the man is obligated to help pay for it, because only when it is born does it belong to the father also.
shalalalauren 3 months ago
@shalalalauren If you're going to talk about abortion, you should use accurate terms. It's a fetus. Study has shown that it's not conscious of its being or even feel pain until after 21-35 weeks, which is after the abortion time frame anyway so it's fine. And it is the woman's choice because it is her uterus. I'm saying that the woman should have the right to abortion if she has to. I'm not some asshole that wants to control someone else's uterus. And you say you're not anti-women. LOL
RoboticShakedown 3 months ago 2
@RoboticShakedown Here's where I'm leaving the conversation, for I went from a human being to an 'asshole.' I'll leave you with this: go ahead and call the 'child' a 'fetus' and make yourself feel better about telling a bunch of people it's okay to kill another human. Whatever helps you sleep at night. Good day.
shalalalauren 3 months ago
@shalalalauren I'm just being factual and empathetic to real, cognitive living beings. I'm sorry you were offended. I don't really think you're the asshole, like many pro-lifers tend to be. I just think you need to do more research. I learned this in all my gender study and psychology classes though, even if facts disconfirm your views, you'll just block it out and continue to guilt trip others to believing it's not okay to save women from such a patriarchal practice of eliminating choice.
RoboticShakedown 3 months ago
@shalalalauren A fetus is not a child, sorry. At the time when most abortions occur, the "child" you refer to is in actuality a small clump of cells.
carlybea 3 months ago
@carlybea That's your opinion. You're entitled to it.
shalalalauren 3 months ago
@shalalalauren Honestly, it's simple. You don't like abortions? Don't ever get one. But don't stop others from making their choice. Being supportive of a law that hurts women isn't something you can ever rationalize.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown I think I've rationalized it. I'm not a woman hater and I don't want women to be hurt. I am a woman. I just don't support an action that kills another human being.
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren By supporting the banning of abortion, you're supporting something that kills people who are actually living their lives, aware of their beings, etc.
RoboticShakedown 4 months ago
@RoboticShakedown How do babies kill women?
shalalalauren 4 months ago
@shalalalauren You mean, how does banning an option that helps women kill women? Pretty obvious. I know what you mean by not wanting an argument. I didn't want one either. It just seriously blows my mind that someone would say that she's for women yet is against something that helps women. Maybe in a few years you'll get it. It usually takes a bit more time and education. Or just go to stfuconservatives. tumblr. com

If she chooses death, his side celebrates.
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Pro choice does not celebrate death, they celebrate freedom. This is not a Christian based government. This is a freedom based government. So go thump your bible some where else please. Or move to South Dakota.
KatoKid85 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Pro-choice...celebrate freedom." You're talking about average, decent people. I'm talking about organized leaders who are driving a pro-abortion agenda. These are totalitarians cut from the same cloth as Chinese despots. They crave the power to force abortions & sterilizations. But to gain such power, they must first lay down the groundwork -- i.e. "The Pro-choice Movement". Sarah Palin is so deeply hated because she refused to abort her Down's baby and her grandchild.

Name three "valid" reasons why she's hated and I'll prove you wrong.
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I've never heard of any candidate pressing the issue of sterilization." Al Gore said he wanted to "stabilize the population" to reduce CO2 emissions. Joe Biden said he wouldn't "second-guess" the Chinese abortion and sterilization policies. Global warming is anti-human/anti-liberty. It portrays the Earth as a victim of a harmful and invasive kudzu-like pest called humanity. The "pro-choice" line is like pot: After you smoke it, the harder drugs suddenly seem reasonable.
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "There are many more valid reasons why people hate Sarah Palin." The wording of this sentence suggests that people (i.e. you) do, in fact, hate her because she chose NOT to kill her baby. Yes, there are other reasons to hate her, but her living Down's child is a valid reason to hate her, as well. Is this what you meant to say or are you just a clumsy writer? Have you inadvertently expressed a pro-death sentiment here? If not, then please clarify. Thanks.
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Maybe Im a bit of a clumsy writer, forgive me. I honestly had no idea about Sarah Palin's Downs baby issue. And frankly, the whole abortion issue really isnt that important to me when there are so many other issues wrong with America. Whether or not a woman decides to have an abortion is her own choice. Im in favor of any law that gives people more freedom over there own body.I just dont think Sarah Palin has the experience or know how to run the most powerfull country in the world.
KatoKid85 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Maybe I'm a bit of a clumsy writer." No, you're fine. I was rude. Had I been more thoughtful, I would have replaced that snarky comment with something reasonable. Please forgive ME. As for abortion, it's not a small issue. It's huge. Slavery and the Holocaust were fueled by a selfish quest for easy money and convenience. And by reclassifying blacks & Jews as "sub-human", people felt justified in doing anything to them! How is abortion any different from these evils?
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "I just don't think Sarah Palin has the experience or know how to run the most powerful country in the world." Fair enough. You may be right. But if experience and know-how are truly important to you, then you must have thought even less of Obama. Newt Gingrich famously shot down this weak criticism by weighing Palin's executive experience against Obama's. Palin was a proven leader with an impressive record of successes. Obama was a neophyte who had done nothing of note.

Squishy876 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 (Cont.) But let's be clear: My issue is not with anyone who makes fair, reasonable and substantive criticisms of Sarah Palin. She's certainly made mistakes and I'm certainly not arguing that she should be president. No, what I'm saying is that she and her family were singled out and attacked in the most vile ways imaginable. How can you explain it? How could this nice women inspire so much hatred? I think it's because she and her baby are living reminders that abortion is evil.
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Every single person who decides they want to have a career in politics is going to have just as much hatred cast uppon them. Obama had just as much hate cast his way from Republicans, and concervatives when he ran for president. Thats called politics. If you dont want people to disect and critisize your life, then you shouldnt run for president. 90% of Americans could care less about the whole Downs baby issue, and hate her because she knows next to nothing about running America
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Obama had just as much hate cast his way from Republicans, and concervatives when he ran for president." We're not talking about party politics. We're talking about media narratives. The mainstream media packaged Obama like he was a global savior who could end war and lower the oceans. They had school kids singing songs to him and making public loyalty pledges to him personally. Palin, however, was/is savaged by the press. They ridicule her just to prove they are smart.
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, " If you dont want people to disect and critisize your life, then you shouldnt run for president." Huh? She never RAN for president! I'm perfectly fine with people dissecting & criticizing Sarah Palin. And of course, you're right that it comes with the territory. But none of this is relevant to what I said. The media are not well-meaning professionals conducting an honest vetting. They're Leftists out to destroy a woman who exposes the sickness of their pole star issue.
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Who cares about Sarah Palin anywase? You should be more concerned with intelegent politicians like Ron Paul.
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Who cares about Sarah Palin anywase?" The point I made was not really about Sarah Palin. It was about why the Left developed such a sick and irrational hatred for her. I think it all comes down to the abortion issue. All women are expected to defend their "God-given" right to kill their own unborn children. Those who defend this right are heroes. Those who reject this right are villains. Palin is a particularly effective "villain" so the Left is out to destroy her.
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 You seem kind of obsessed with the whole abortion issue. Abortion has little to no impact on why the Lefts dislike Palin. Its unfortunate the only voices that are ussually heard are the extremists on both sides. When in reality, those loud voices only represent a small fraction of the community. Most people including myself could care less about the abortion issue, or how Palin feels about the issue. People who base their voting decision on the abortion issue are dumb and ignorant
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "You seem kind of obsessed with the whole abortion issue." Isn't that the subject of the featured video? You are just as "obsessed with the whole abortion issue" as I am because if you weren't, you would never respond to any of my posts. And I bet you this: If any politician were to ever put through legislation that would grant unborn babies the human rights that the D.O.I. clearly identifies, then you would go nuts over this issue that you "could[n't] care less about".

KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "She is just the lucky one to be picked." Fine. She was picked. The question is, "WHY was she picked?" Please wake up to the sick "religion" that you have confused for science, compassion, progress and wisdom.
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 I'd say she was picked because she's not very good at defending herself which makes her an easy target. Unlike many poloticians, Palin was not born with a silver tounge. I've seen some of her interviews from TV and I've found the best option for her is usually just keeping her mouth shut. This woman does not do herself any favors with some of the garbage that comes out of her mouth.

Wherever she goes, she attracts huge crowds who love her. If she didn't have such good public speaking skills, she would not be as feared as she is. Joe Biden, however, is a pure fool.

stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 I totally agree with you that having a baby with a mental illness is in no way an excuse to have an abortion. But the reasons why woman have abortions is non of my buisness, or anyone else's buisness besides the mother. I think in todays society the government is putting their nose into issues that are non of their buisness. We live under a "nanny state", when we should be living under a state of freedom.
KatoKid85 5 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "But the reasons why woman have abortions is non of my buisness, or anyone else's buisness besides the mother." Why is the father excluded? Doesn't he have any say in the matter? Let me ask you a question: When does a human being acquire unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? I have a very clear and logical argument that says human rights begin at conception. This means that no woman has a right to kill her unborn baby. Do you have an answer?
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@stuntbaby63 The father can have an opinion, but when it comes down to it, it's the mother's decision. I wish I had a good answer for when the cut off line is for abortion. Im not a doctor or scientist. Thats a very difficult question and I am not qualified to give an educated response.
KatoKid85 4 months ago

When we make human beings disposable, we set into motion forces that have horrible unintended consequences. The future will NOT look pretty.

Because the present world WILL shape the future world. Do you understand?
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 By the way, I think it's very telling that you dodged my question. You must either admit that gay babies have no right to live or you must contradict your whole argument. What do you think?
stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Why is it that every response I give you, you try to twist my words into somthing I dont mean. Every comment I've made, you've tried to twist and missread my statement. Im not dodging your question, Im calling you out for making an irrelevant point.
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 asked, "At what point in my comment did you assume I think gay babies should die?" You're twisting MY words, I'm not twisting yours. I never accused you of wanting gay babies to die. I challenged your belief that a woman has a right to abort her baby for any reason. Isn't that your argument, that it's nobody's business but hers? stuntbaby63 4 months ago

This, from the Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy!
stuntbaby63 5 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Holdren is right, if we continue on the same path, we have a very bleak future. But that doesnt mean its going to be USA's policy. Americans will never stand for such a thing. Thats like saying, we could catch a lot more criminals and reduce crime if we forgot about the fourth amendment. Just because Holdren is not afraid to tell it like it is, does not mean we have to worry about that sort of thing going into policy, at least not in this century.
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "Holdren is not afraid to tell it like it is." What do you mean by this? What exactly is Holdren right about? stuntbaby63 4 months ago
@stuntbaby63 Im saying his theory is correct about the population. I dont think we will see it in our generation, but if our population continues to grow and destroy our planet at this pace, then eventually we may be forced to use extreme measures in order to save this planet and human kind.
KatoKid85 4 months ago
@KatoKid85 wrote, "if our population continues to grow and destroy our planet at this pace..." Humanity is NOT destroying the planet. It challenges us to elevate ourselves toward the sacred because only this will make a better world...not government.
