  • You should do these things step by step in slow motion.

  • @DavidKruk yea i still dont get how he start it spinning with one hand and flick into he air

  • Can u bind with a responsive yo yo?

  • @UrboyJDH Yes, you can absolutely bind with a responsive yoyo. In fact, many guys I know who almost always play unresponsive forget that they can just tug the yoyo and get it back when they have a responsive yoyo so they bind it to bring it back even though they don't need to.

  • @yotricks YYF One or Whip or PF Luminator Advance Kit?

  • @frozenstringS1 It depends on what you are looking for. The One and Whip are very similar except for the shape, and I believe the One also comes with a thin bearing so you can use it for responsive play. That being said, both of these yoyos are intended for beginner unresponsive yoyoing. The Luminator Advanced Kit is for responsive yoyoing, and it is quite food for that. We also have a Luminaor Unresponsive kit, which is how we setup the Luminator in all our Unresponsive videos like this one.

  • The mod link in the discription is broken :)

  • @AndrewGreenh Thanks, I have now fixed it.

  • This is physically impossible. My yoyo doesn't wind back up at all, no matter what I do.

  • @astronomicat It sounds like you either need to replace the brake pads in the yoyo, replace the string, lube the bearing, or get a new yoyo. It depends on what yoyo you are playing with.

  • How do I get the yo yo to spin in the direction I need it to?

  • @ArcticRider95 The reason there are several binds is because you should bind the yoyo differently depending on how it is spinning. In most binds you need to mount the yoyo in the opposite way from the mount you have already learned. If you throw a breakaway this will allow you to land on the side mount / trapeze, but to bind it you need to mount it on the opposite side of the string. The same thing is true on the front mount. When you do this she yoyo will be spinning right for a bind.

  • If anyone was wondering if they should get the peterfish luminator yoyo, they definatly should. I bought won and it works great. If you dont believe me, i made a review of this yoyo on my channel.

  • Please come and check out my youtube channel. I try to upload 4-5 times a week. The content at the moment is mainly beginner yoyo tricks and yoyo reviews. So if you are a beginner yoyoer i strongly suggest you check out my channel and give me some feed back. Also if you couldnt learn how to bind in this video my channel has a video of the easiest way to bind.

  • do u have any tips because I have a adegle psg yoyo and I cant bind? ps Im a beginner

  • @Michiganfan098 All the tips we have are in the video. If you have a specific question, however, I might be able to help.

  • @yotricks how do u get it to come up without knots

  • @yotricks you cant throw the yo yo and get it back up by just jiggling the string like a responsive yoyo? you always have to bind it right?

  • @MrMaxpayn3 If a yoyo is completely unresponsive then yes, you have to do a bind to return it to your hand.

  • @yotricks thanks alot

  • Thanks! Now that I have learned a little about binds, this video makes more sense. I watched your video a couple weeks ago, but didn't even understand what you are doing with your bind from the trapeze.

That's the bind I mentioned in my other comment, I guess it's called a side style backspin bind or whatever. I saw it in a different video and incorporated it into the trapeze....just to come over here and see you do it on this video! I'll try to post up a response vid when I can, thanks!

  • Do you have any tips I am using a YYF PopStar and whenever I try to bind it doesn't always do it and doesn't come back to my hand

  • @xboxt83 I have not used the PopStar myself, but usually YoyoFactory yoyos bind well. Like any other trick binding is a skill that takes a while to get just right. Once you get the feel for it I'm sure it will be much more consistant for you. If you can bind well with other yoyos you may want to try replacing the brake pads.

  • I've been trying this with my Butterfly yoyo but it's pretty hard. Is this because it's heavy?

  • @The03Noobs No, it is not because it is heavy, it is because your butterfly yoyo does not have a ball bearing so it is not a good yoyo to be doing this trick. If you were to get a ball bearing yoyo (like the Lumuinator we use in this video which you can get on YoTricks) you would find this and many other tricks to be much much easier.

    Hope this helps!

  • I've been trying this with my b

  • THANK YOU!!!!!, I used to always get knots but i don't with your way and its twice as fast

  • my biggest problem is getting enought spin on it to bind it any tips?

  • @Frosty4Real This is a common problem. I recommend using a responsive yoyo until your throw and your wind-up trick improve. Once you are better at these things you will find binding is much easier.

  • Help! I always get knots!

  • everytime i throw a sleeper then i try to bind my yoy-yo speeds up and hits my thigh so please help any tips will work. The only yo-yo i have is the yomega ffireball.

  • @Fading1Wolf1 Since the Fireball is a tranaxle and not a ball bearing yoyo it is really not designed for binding. I am not sure if this is what the problem is that you are experiencing, though. Maybe you are keeping your string too long. You can also try working on your bind when the yoyo is not spinning so fast. Hard to say what else you could try...

  • I just got the dark magic 2 and i was wondering if it is a good yoyo for a beginner

  • @Misselt95 The Dark Magic 2 is a fine yoyo for beginners, especially if you are working on unresponsive tricks.

  • just wana say a big thank you your tutorial just tort me to bind an unresponsive yoyo in less than 5 mins now i look forward to recieving my metal duncan zero

  • you do realy good tutorials so well explained

  • can you use a luminator unresponsive for all the tricks you show us?

  • @strike62940 Yes, you can use the Unresponsive Luminator for most of the tricks that I demonstrate on these videos. The only tricks that will not work with an unresponsive yoyo are the looping tricks (but normally you would use a Dominator for those tricks anyway.)

    Hope this helps!

  • Finally a great bind tutorial, nicely explained, thx!

  • um if you you order the unresponsive kit do you get a green yo yo or will its come in a diffrent color then the picture on the website?

  • @megaguitarkid123 You can get it in other colors. When you order just send us a contact through the yotricks page and let us know what color you would like.

  • @yotricks

Is a Velocity yoyo good for these tricks you put up and teach us?

    REPLY PLZ

  • @wLznn Yes, the Velocity is a good yoyo for these tricks.

  • what yoyo should I buy that will not break up and bearings

    please reply

  • @robertcsegedi1 Any yoyo that has bearings can come apart. That is how they are designed. If you have never used a ball bearing yoyo I recommend the Luminator. It is a great yoyo and not too expensive. If you are looking for something more expensive, yoyofactory makes a number of yoyos that work great at many price points.

  • My yoyo doesnt do a sleeper! Plz help! Message me answer?

  • @xXjjb2k11Xx There are a lot of reasons why this might be the case. Most often it is because your string has gotten caught between the bearing and the yoyo. However, if you have a brain type yoyo (automatic return) then the mechanism inside might be messed up (you cannot do binds on a Brain yoyo anyway). I say take the yoyo apart and put it back together and then put the string on. This is the best way to make sure it is set up properly with any yoyo.

  • is the yo yo spinning the whole time?????

  • Comment removed

  • he's flipping us off from 1:06 to 1:11 XD

  • Just got my first unresponsive yoyo yesterday. And thanks to this vid and just a few tries I had succes! Thanks! But I keep failing on the side mount to master the "trapeze"and from there on learn more tricks. Very frustrating! Keep missing the rope... But I won't give up!

  • he just fliped me off!!!

  • ok so I have a new breed yo yo... but it constantly wants to "fall" to one side... I throw a sleeper just fine but as soon as it starts to slow if falls on its side like one side is heavier ... is there any way to fix this?

  • @rwyankees I do not know of any way to fix this... but I don't think it is that unusual either. Yoyos often start to tilt when the spin slows down. The only thing you can do is learn to throw the yoyo faster and straighter. It is possible you will have better luck with a different yoyo, but like I said, what you are describing is not unusual.

  • Lol your flipping off the camera at 1:06. Who else notices that?

  • are you planning to start to sell your peter fish line of yoyos in Wal-Mart, Toy's R Us, etc.? since i alrdy have 2 good yoyos, although im planning to see how this one will perform

  • @ginywiny I have not heard any plans to bring these yoyos to any of these stores. Sometimes these yoyos are sold in Walgreens, but I am not sure if they are carrying them currently. You can always get these yoyos on YoTricks.

  • @yotricks ok, i see, since i think this would be a perfect yoyo to be sold in such a way, due to its great price for such a quality product

  • Buy Dark Magic. It have a long spin time and are very easy to do 1A tricks. The yoyo is unresponsive because of the string. If you are new at yoyo, buy a yoyo with 100% cotton string. If your in intermediate, pick 50% cotton and 50% polyester. And if you have mastered this strings take 100% Polyester. Then you got a unresponsive yoyo.

  • @xLiMexSuReShotzZ Buy Dark magic at: y o y o e x p e r t . c o m This yoyo is recommend by experts and have a really nice spin time. If you want tutorial to many cool tricks from beginner to expert visit y o y o e x p e r t . c o m

  • @xLiMexSuReShotzZ its not only in the string. its also the response system, bearing, and other things that create unresponsiveness. but i agree, the dark magic rules! anyone know how the Legacy compares to it?

  • ughh i cant find a good yoyo in stores anyone know a store i can get one from i dont like shopping online

  • @trayvon123owens It is quite difficult to find a decent unresponsive yoyo in stores. Hobby shops may carry them, but for the most part buying online is your only option. The yoyo we use in this video is a Luminator setup with the Unresponsive kit that you can get at YoTricks. If you are just getting started with Unresponsive yoyoing it is not a bad way to go.

  • @trayvon123owens i recommend buying online from a US store called yoyonation, shipping is pretty affordable.

  • very helpful vid.

  • Great Videos. I buy me a Python from Henrys. Can you tell me if this is a good unresponsive Yoyo? I can't find anything about this Yoyo. Thanks for help :)

  • @Tiamath08 I have tried another one of Henrys new yoyos and it worked just fine. It looks like the axle system is the same in all their yoyos so I am sure that it works as well as the one I tried.

  • Thank you very much :) . Because a lot of Players, means that the Protostar is the best Yoyo in the world, i order one. I will try wich one is better for me and then i will gave the other one back. :)

  • @Tiamath08 you know if you want a unresponsiv yoyo. go to yoyoexpert . c o m! buy you polyester string. now you got a unresponsiv yoyo

  • what's the point of unresponsive yo-yo's? I mean, why can't you just use one that goes up & down?

  • @evalator An unresponsive yoyo allows you to tricks that are not possible with a normal yoyo.

  • @evalator With a unresponsiv yoyo you can do many cool tricks. Go search on youtube: 1a yo yo tricks!

  • are unresponsive yo yos more expensive ??

  • @MrBUTTERS300 Usually unresponsive yoyos are more expensive.

  • @yotricks y are they more expensive ?

  • @MrBUTTERS300 They tend to use larger bearings and are a bit more precise. There is a mod to turn the Luminator into an unresponsive yoyo on YoTricks which is an inexpensive way to get an unresponsive yoyo. There is even a kit that you can get that has everything included in it to do the mod properly.

  • @yotricks ok thanks for all the help :)
