Beautiful....the dive AND you!! I am trying to build up again myself long-dormant skills. idk how much opps I will have in NJ, but...we have sites! Maybe the Sedge Islands.
Oh...did u EVER equalize? I didn't see bubble one till u turned. Check my channel sometime....I have self filmed apnea of some first attempts. Not AS exciting as yours I don't think, but...hope u like1! <3, WJ
@orcanjus Hi! Thanks for the compliments! I'm flattered :)
I equalize just about 3-4 times before reaching an 8m depth, but I don't let out any bubbles... Every bubble, even if insignificant, yet is an oxygen supply :)
I will sure check out your channel, thanks! Good luck!!
@stacey8484 Yikes!! Never thought of it that way!! Evry little breath helps. idk when I will get to do the real thing again, but whenever I have the choice I am in the deep end, practicing somehow....static perhaps. Great control u have keepin it in!!
I guess ya live close to the water to keep in practice. Right now we're going into that long winter season, so...to the pool at my health club and Dosil's to get it going again. Thx for inspiring me!!! :) WJ
i love to see a video where the fins go out off the feet very slow out the of heel and you return put them the fins, ,in bikini , be awesome please would be so kind
please post more movies you're buetifule. please can u tell were u live and can someone please tell me apnea means I'm not spanish but idont care thanxs
Well, my best time was 3.40. Just need to practice more and try harder. Haven't you seen world champions in APNEA, spending over 10 minutes underwater in dynamic apnea? I won't even mention the world records... pretty impressive.
You're right. Scratch that. But I wasn't so far from the truth - they do upto 250m in dynamic apnea, and 200m deep in no-limits apnea, which takes about 8-9 minutes of time.
Just keep working at it. Keep practicing your apnea skills. Get professional training if possible, but just keep diving! You've got great lungs, look comfortable under the water, and you are beautiful. You will go deeper, and stay under longer!

aerobic conditioning helps you stay down longer with much less effort. Running, swimming, biking helps

Nice diving. So, you say anyone can do what you do here and you took a short freedive course. So, you can do more/longer? :-)
Anyway, great footage! I'm sure it was great fun!

Yep, I saw the Apnea championships. Over 10 minutes in dynamic apnea? I doubt it. Static, yes, but dynamic...? Hmmm....
I take it your time mentioned was in static? (3:40) It's good, but as you say, with training you can do more! Any plans on doing that?
Oh, did someone already say you are gracious? You look very nice! :-)
Compliments!

and yes, 3.40 is my static apnea record ;) after meditating. No other technique helped me relax that much.
