The Saints still weren't ahead after all them turnovers. It took a free shot to the ankle and 3 straight bad calls in OT for the Saints to put Favre away
Too bad Favre turned into a douche. Or maybe he was a douche the whole time and the whole state of Wisconsin never realized it until after the fact? Either way, he was a great player. I wish he could have stayed retired. He wouldn't have tarnished his image so much and would have went out with a lot more respect.
i just love watching him play that is it , personal matters are personal and if he was not famous no one cares and some of those girls just love to get attention i mean how many guys been through this type of problem? i would say many of them.
The only thing worse than his game in the playoffs (huge chokes against Dallas, Denver, Philly, St Louis, New York, New Orleans, etc) is his game with the ladies. You here that voicemail to Jenn Sterger? "Come over and kick it." Painful dude.
@copraiders1..How exactly did he choke againest the broncos dude? the superbowl? more like the defense choked on that one. Also the saints game the vikings fumbled 4 or 5 times. Yeah he throws picks but dont exaggerate it, pple aren't dumb...you must be a ex-girlfriend butthurt packer fan...why are you watching favre videos if you dont like the guy? p.s Jenn sterger is a hottie :D
@MrLuckyduck22 Well against Denver he fumbled twice, threw a pic, and missed a wide open reciever for what would have been an 80 yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter. The Saints pic, how is it not a choke? All he had to do was run or throw the ball away and they would have probably gone to the Super Bowl. I will agree that Jen Sterger is a hottie, perhaps the hottest ever.
lol just to point out... this video was made b4 he played with the jets or vikings, read the description... though i agree he was better as a packer =]
i dont care what any1 wants to say he is the among the greatest men to ever play this sport, following him on and off the field he is an inspiration to many, and he easily deservers and earns my respect
man my friend is a hardcore packer fan and hates favre but im a packer fan and a favre fan i love him on the vikings makes for an exciting team thats also never won a superbowl like the saints. favre, manning, brees are the best qbs in the league right now imo.
Im a die hard Favre fan and always will be and i just want to say Favre is the greatest QBin the history of the NFL and always will be and will kickass no matter what team he is on.
NFL Network Top 10 CLUTCH Quarterbacks of All Time list release this year 2009 10 Dan Marino 9 Steve Young 8 Bart Starr 7 Otto Graham 6 Ken Stabler 5 Johnny Unitas 4 Roger Staubach 3 Tom Brady 2 John Elway 1 Joe Montana
Sports Illustrated Top 10 CLUTCH Quarterbacks of All Time list 10 Terry Bradshaw 9 Troy Aikman 8 Otto Graham 7 Dan Marino 6 Joe Namath 5 Bart Starr 4 Tom Brady 3 John Elway 2 Johnny Unitas 1 Joe Montana
im a packer fan, but im a favre fan too so this year i am actually watching the vikings and hoping they win and the packers. idk who i want to win the division yet. ha.
For all of you people talking about Brett Favre retiring an coming back. He's the best QB to play the game. Everyone whines and bitches about Brett Favre retiring and coming back but nobody says a damn thing about Michael Jordan doing. Why? Because he's the greatest. So is Brett, and he's obviously still able to play at a high lever since the Vikings are 4-0 with him at QB.
@lucsporc that is why Favre is great...he loves the game and has the passion (can't say that bout Cutler anymore..favre would have played that game...look at last years NFC championship game)
ok, im a die hard packer fan and i agree with all of you people that say that favre is a little baby because he is but after he retires i will worship him agaiin but he still needs to grow the hell up
what that jackass favre needs is not a Top 10 but to learn how to use a freaking door. When you walk out of it, stay the fuck out. Stop backstabbing ur former team in the back just b/c ur old ass cant let go of ur ego.
i would trade 10 years of first round draft picks to have favre for one, i live in wisconsin, and i go to packer/viking or packer/bears games often, and even the playoff game vs seattle. If you really knew brett favre, you wouldn't care about all the drama and other problems going on, you would just know that he can throw the most perfect passes i have ever seen, no one will ever surpass him in my book, stats mean nothing compared to his charisma
im sorry but i grew up watchin favre man my dad was a packers fan ima cowboys fan i love staubach and aikman..but im sorry there is no QB that will ever be as good as favre. i mean how many times watchhin him play did people go "how the fuck did he do that?"
And What I like the most is that he still got it. If he rested over the offseason and trained and came back next season, he would still be able to win and win big. The retirement was not much of a suprise but I think he could have done another season. But in the end its up to him and his family.
what a stupid thing to say. you're sure that no quarterback will ever be as good. i understand that you loved the guy, but the NFL has been on a trend of having better athletes each year since its creation
As a Jets fan, I am just thrilled to have a legend on the Jet's team. FAVRE IS A LEGEND. He was always one of my favorite football players, a down to earth, make the plays when he needed to, humble guy. God Bless Favre and LETS GO JETS!!
I grew up in WI with my Dad teaching me football while watching the Pack with the whole family on Sundays. He told stories of watching Lombardi and Starr. I am sick of people saying that those on Brett's side in this are not true Packer fans.
I am a true Packer fan and that is why I am so disappointed in that franchise. For the first time ever I feel like they didn't live up to the legacy. Now I will think of them as any other francise until new management convinces me otherwise.
i love you, im a packers and a favre fan, u knew that and if anyone thinks that the packers will suck they can suck my dick and balls cuz he'll be good anywhere he goes...
no, we WERE packers fans, but there is no way to support an organization headed by such nimrods and douche bags like Ted Thompson. Stop trying to tell people what they are faggot.
and u didnt just tell the coach wat he was? btw ted thompson isnt a nimrod or a douche and u couldnt do any better and if u leave ur "team" just cause the qb left then u WERENT packer fans
When I became into football, and my draw to the Packers was cause of Favre, what he brings to the table is incredible talent, energy, and hope... even when he makes those risky mistakes I still enjoy watching him (although wish the mistake didn't end up an interception). I've never been a Jets fan, my bf is... so I was very sad to see Favre leave the Packers, but I do believe he was getting pressure to retire, and honestly he just wants to play so let him play. Now, I am a Jet's fan!
I've been a Packers fan ever since I started watching football, and I was a Packers fan because of Brett. I don't live in Green Bay so detaching from them was an easy choice for me since Brett was leaving. My bf is a Jets fan, and I go wherever Brett goes (metaphorically of course because that would look psycho lol).
