Recently I think it was today FM said that Maire was slagging Bono off in an interview..That he could'nt do this song nowadays cause he could'nt hit the high notes anymore..Bono was dropping his kid off to school and rang the station and was pretty pissed off. They said 'Hey Bono don't shoot the messenger'. This is one of my favourites songs of Clannads.

As a 28yr old PROUD IRISH MAN from Dublin (U2s hometown) I have grown up with the likes of Clannad & U2...not to mention 100s of other bands BUT this song is my absolute favorite of all time! It send chills through my very celtic soul everytime I hear it, ESPECIALLY when I am abroad on holiday.....
