I think that very deep inside our DNA is the programming of tribal living. Tribal living, communes etc, is the natural state of our social environment. Where this imprint in our DNA comes from, that can be debated of course, but it certainly is there and it can be experienced in deep meditation. Enlightened people call it "going beyond the small family". The family is not the cornerstone of our society, no the family is the curse of our civilisation when we cling to this superimposed idea.
Great show, thanks for bringing this. I do have a question tho, what happens to the elderly or the disabled? Do they have to depend on everyone around them to contribute tward their familys heath & livlyhood, while they can only thank them.

Consider the possibility of being genetically engineered for a task such as mining, and engineered in / after a fashion, where we have this "Ability" to have "Adaptability" when faced with a task, In as much as we can reason a solution to the problem before us, without further instructions.
NOW consider this , try to get a computer to do as much.... !!, now you have a comprehension of how far advanced such beings would have to have been, or were some thousands of years past, .
I like it but didn't hear/see a way to get there. There are millions of people that are unsatisfied with what they are doing but aren't really sure what they want to do. We need leaders, I know of one thing I am good at, it's support, but I can't lead I am mechanically inclined, I think Utopia is't going to be all that Utipian, especially the first couple of generations, the train wreck is almost upon us no matter how quickly we turn I'm afraid
