  • The purple packet is the "flakes" The red oil is just Chilli oil and the silver packet is the jja jang powder. Method. fill a pot with boiling water add noodles and Flakes cook for 3-4 min i cook for less as my hubby likes chewy noodles. after cooking time drain noodles leaveing 1-2 tbsp of wter behind put back on the stove and stir throu chilli oil and jja jang powder and serve :)

  • jjapagetti is not ramen, or ramyun. it's a variation of Jjajangmyun, which is a black bean noodle dish that's adapted from chinese cuisine, but into a Korean version.

  • btw you r supposed to cook noodle and empty almost all of the soup and than put oil and sauce when the noodle is still in the pot.... maybe it's diff cuz its not the korean one.. but yeah hmm

  • 袋めんの日清焼きそばと同じ要領で作ると良い感じです。つまりフ­ライパンで若干水分を残した状態で茹で上げ、粉末ソースを溶かし­て絡める感じ。

    とはいえ、赤チャパゲティはあのとうがらし油のからさが前面に出­ちゃうせいで、日本人にはちょっと薄味に感じちゃうのはどう作っ­ても変わらないと思います^^
