The purple packet is the "flakes" The red oil is just Chilli oil and the silver packet is the jja jang powder. Method. fill a pot with boiling water add noodles and Flakes cook for 3-4 min i cook for less as my hubby likes chewy noodles. after cooking time drain noodles leaveing 1-2 tbsp of wter behind put back on the stove and stir throu chilli oil and jja jang powder and serve :)

jjapagetti is not ramen, or ramyun. it's a variation of Jjajangmyun, which is a black bean noodle dish that's adapted from chinese cuisine, but into a Korean version.
btw you r supposed to cook noodle and empty almost all of the soup and than put oil and sauce when the noodle is still in the pot.... maybe it's diff cuz its not the korean one.. but yeah hmm
im not so fond of this type... i had it and it made all my walls black adn it was very smelly =] but i ate it all up anyways. the real korena one is better

일단 퍼진 데다가 물을 5~6스푼정도 남겨야지 ㅡ.ㅡ;; 아니면 물을 한 12~15스푼정도 남겨서 과립스프 넣고 살짝 30초정도 볶는방법도 있고. 짜짜로니처럼.
제대로 다시 끓이는 법 배우고 나서 먹도록;

you are not suppose to drain all the water D: leave about a few teaspoons of water so that it would mix better with the powder.

袋めんの日清焼きそばと同じ要領で作ると良い感じです。つまりフライパンで若干水分を残した状態で茹で上げ、粉末ソースを溶かして絡める感じ。
とはいえ、赤チャパゲティはあのとうがらし油のからさが前面に出ちゃうせいで、日本人にはちょっと薄味に感じちゃうのはどう作っても変わらないと思います^^
