well yeah but see he's uing Prominy LPC (a Guitar VSTi) ... it's not the program that makes the music ... it's the producer that has the creativity to make anything out of anything ... I can make wonders on FL, Reason, Sonar, Logic, doesn't matter as long as you have the creativity and know how to exert any progam to it's maximum ability .. and usually the ability to any of these programs are limitless depending on how talented you are ... but yeah Good job on the Guitar buddy ... you KILLED IT!
My Cannon Rock video was about 40 Megabytes, so I don't think that's way too big. Anyway, a MIDI controller costs around 200 dollars so it's pretty cheap against a good keyboard (1000 dollars). I'd recommend you buying one of those as soon as possible.
Suggestion: What about trying to make some Techno Dance stuff?
For that I recommend you using Albino 3 (lead, bass, pad...), Kontakt 3 synth library (also, lead, bass and pad) and Ravity (kicks, claps, snares, cymbals and all those stuff!)
PS: Ravity works for all genres of songs, so I recommend it!
Well, at least I've got a desktop computer with 460 Gigabytes total space, and currently 80,8 Gigabytes are being used by FL Studio and it's VST plugins.
And really dude, do like me! Buy a MIDI-Controller, a notebook, configure your LPC Eletric and go scare the crap ou of some real eletric guitar players!
PS: I did that a few weeks ago, it was hillarious, they said they were going to beat the crap out of me, but they didn't and they said "why the hell don't you play a "real instrument" then? I just replied that it's bcuz I can play all the instruments I want in a single one. People think playing keyboard is easy and worthless, but it ain't -.-
I don't have enough budget for those stuff. but I have a notebook :) I'm using my HP pavilion dv3000 for FL studio, it's not that great but I love my notebook. :)
I can't get a MIDI-Controller right now because I'm still doing my thesis painting and thesis book, there goes my money :(

oh..
to use those effects on Guitar Rig 3, you'll need a real guitar, or a vst guitar such as Prominy LPC clean guitar or Realstrat vst.

actually Guitar Rig 3 is a VST plugin for programs like FL studio.

My hard disk on my notebook is almost full because of LPC :(
maybe after I'm done with my thesis. I'd get an external HD, for those that you mentioned. :)

And why don't you try using Camtasia Studio 5 to record FL Studio screen?

heheh :P I'm not into these genre's neither. I just played with it to experiment things and also to try LPC. :)
about the claps, I dunno how to remove it from the song itself..
Actually I made this song for about 2 hours and it's still incomplete (bass gtr)
About the Camtasia to record things, If I record my projects, the file would be too big for upload. I have a poor DSL speed here in my place :(
