Hey could you make a click track(split track you on the right, music in left) of you playing this song? I would love to use your drumming in our service. We use a
@FredlizLee Sure! I'd love to. Which version of the song do you do? It's no trouble for me to re-record something. I'll probably do that anyway so you'll have some better drum sounds. Can you email me so i"ll know where to send the track? My email is brianbothwelldrums@gmail.com. Thanks. :)
"WOW" from Twin Lakes, Wi. God Bless You!!!!!!!!! im a drummer at my church and we just practiced this song for the first time, and its wierd to see you play cus i play just the same and i have the exact same drum sticks lol. Hey timpani mallets totaly rock i use them always on my drums u get a sound of wat ur hitting without that stick sound like on ur cymbols for example.....God bless you bro u rock!
One thing I suggest is putting the strings from your earbuds behind your back, like wearing the headphones backwards. It keeps the headphones from falling out and keeps the strings out of your way. Other than that, this is an awesome video!!

@08Pearldrummer Lol no hard feelings...True, while playing normally with mallets may damage heads, light accent notes add a great ambiance to the sound of the drums
i would like to say that i have had the pleasure of meeting brian in highschool. we were in drumline together my freshman year he was a senior. i have actualy seen him play in real life and have seen like 30 minute drum solos from this guy. he is one of the best drummers i have seen and if anything could teach us a little bit about drumming. both brian and his lttle brother are amazing drummers. Brian hope your doing well. miss ya bro and say hi to kevin for me.
With all due respect what I hear is an exceptionally talented musician who is having his way with those who may not quite fully understand time and pulse. I would encourage those of you who think he is "off" to please search for the "Bill Bruford - Indiscipline" video here on You Tube.
As for Mr. Bothwell... bravo sir your amazing emotional piece almost brings me to tears.
The beat wasn't off any except when you switched to the brushes. The rest just looks like you'r style of playing. Im not saying to change what your doing. It just sounds a lil better to not go off beat with the brushes. All of the brush beats were not off but at the begining they were tho. Some of the symble fills were a tad off but all around awesome. That is one of the best drum covers ive seen.
great man love the mallets and the brush work. But work on your timing buddy! Cause remember the best for God! And that means in our playing too! Keep it up bro! God Bless!
brilliant !

timpani mallets on drums.....i wouldn't recommend it.

@08Pearldrummer Cause you think that a 3" stroke at max would damage the drums???? No. I would TOTALLY recommend it. Gives a great sound.
