    i still like her vids, when you do several dif ones you're doing about 4-5 mins of stretches and what not in each vid, so you get a quite a bit to get your circulation going and to loosen up. i like doing these stretches before i go into doing a cardio workout..

    i got lucky, there is one free class in my neighborhood, and two other new classes, only ten dollars each, so for 20 bucks a week, i can take three full classes, which prevents me from failing to practice every other day out of boredom, and lacking solo motivation.

    For example, should I be doing twists to help my digestion every day along with energy specific exercises, restoration and relaxation, etc... or should it be like: Monday: Twists | Tuesday: Restoration, etc, etc... Thanks for any help

  • You rotate all the routines so your body doesn't get used to them, then learn a new set of routines that does similar things after 90 days so your body doesn't get use to the routines

  • wow, foryourgore. I suppose you are as flexible as the ford model. Some people aren't and it's nothing to do with being lazy. You are 20. All 20 year olds think they will be in perfect shape when they get older. Less than 1% are and not due to lazyness. You will find out. At 20, the body only requires a few stretches. At 30 it gets a lot harder. So a 30 year old must work much harder than a 20 Y/O, making the 20 y/o look lazy.

  • It it gets harder beyond 30. Otherwise we'd all live forever and look like the ford model. It's possible to do stretches up until you are 90, but again, you will never be as flexible as when you were 20. Unusual anyway.
