Very interesting video. Posting letters by 8:15 pm in London for delivery next day in Aberdeen? I'm sure you can't do that now!

Incidentally, there's something funny with the shot at 4:16, the lettering on the tender is reversed.

I wonder at what time of year this was shot, it's light and there are leaves on the trees, so it must be high summer.

@JimTLonW6 I'm very tech savvy,, but despite this - I posted an empty letter from here in australia to Scotland (to a dead address)..just so i could enjoy seeing it back in my hands knowing it had flown around the globe...lol

@spottydog4477 Well that happened to me when I sent a letter to a dead address in New Zealand (only I didn't know the address was dead when I sent it!)

Incidentally, there is another reversed print at 5:11, you can see the engine number is back to front.
