  • @MUSZLEMAN protein shakes are ok to drink especially after a workout. don't go overboard on them though. I wish I could tell you when you were going to have a flat stomach but that's impossible. Just keep working out & eating clean and good things will come.

  • @MUSZLEMAN protein shakes are awesome to take my mom did this diet for 7 days when all you have is protein shakes 7 times a day and she lost 24 lbs in 7 days so yeah but i wouldnt reccomend this workout :P

  • @constantinogeorge666 Thanks for watching my video. Do each movement for 30-60 seconds back to back without rest. That equals 1 set. Try 3-5 total sets

  • hi rydmiller im 16 and im having trouble losing weight. i wanna lose my tummy do u have any suggestions on how i should start my journey on melting fat?

  • use my body weight workouts. what you put in your body is important . Your body needs all 3 macro-nutrients to survive -carbohydrates, protein & fat. If you cut out one of those macro-nutrients your body will not function properly & eventually break down. Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything w/added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives. Live by this quote: "If you can't hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON'T eat it."

  • how often should you do this??like im skinnny i guess and i got like 4abs..but there like in my upper abs..and i kinda have a gut in my like..where your lower abs are..idk...but yea i wana get rid of that and like..get abs down there..ha

  • thanks for checking out my video...i would suggest anywhere from 2-5x per week. It is also very important what you eat. stay away from proccessed foods, foods with added sugar & salt. eat whole, naturally occurring foods

  • so just do this routine once day during your workout or multiple times during a work out

  • this is a form of cardiovascular exercise => high intensity interval training. high intensity interval training raises your metabolism up to 48 hours after you finish your workout!! the higher your metabolism the more calories you are burning, the more fat you are burning!

  • Will this work to get rid of a small gut though? I thought the only way to get rid of a gut is through cardiovascular exercise?
