This is why Janets career went the way it did circa 2004- 2008. Her delusional fans not accepting that her success was based on great music and great showmanship, not great singing. Maybe her next album will pay homage to her former genius material.

@sdlova Stupid Am I? If Janet finds live singing so easy, why is it that after almost a 30 year career she STILL has not performed the US National Anthem. Im not saying she cant sing, Im just saying she cannot sing live. MANY singers, INCLUDING Beyonce record two versions of a song. One for the CD and one for the stage. The stage version is less tweaked to give the impression that is live. Some singers even record pauses to give space for them to let the audience sing along as Janet did here.

This is live and she does sing live w/o prerecorded vocals...see sat night live of anytime anyplace and rosie o'donald I get lonely. When Jan lip syncs to pre taped vocals its obvious because she overly acts with the lip'ing. WHen she sings live she sits and you can here the breathing...and pauses..etc...also the live vocals are less perfect. This performance wasn't perfect..no were near studio quality.
