Hi Melinda. I just went to a herbal store to buy sea salt. I just noticed they sell herbal cigarettes for $5.00 cdn. Where I live, people I observe pay $11 cdn for a pack of regular cigarettes. I don't know if herbal are better but they contain no nicotine.

Do you like ice tea? I all but quit buying soda in exchange for buying the big brew packets of tea. I think one brand has like 15 large pouches for 2 bucks.

I quit last Wednesday at 7:00 AM. I am using the patches.I smoked Wave Ultra lights in a box. They are made in Japan. I am doing okay with quitting so far. If I can keep my stress level down, I think that I can make it this time. I am drinking more coffee, though. lol

I used to have DD's. Not any more, I had a breast reduction. Now, I feel free. lol

Thanks, It has been 1 week and 5 days since I last smoked. The thing about quitting is it takes the smoker to make up their mind to quit. When they are ready to do it , they can do it. I think that there are variables that need to be factored in, also- how long that they have smoked, etc. My partner has smoked for many years. I think that it would be harder for her. But, I remain patient. :)
