After WWII, Germany was decimated and did receive help from the US. You know what happened? The Wirtschaftswunder (economic miracle) happened. Now are black communites just lacking in a certain progressive spirit? Have they no drive? Under the umbrella of America, blacks here should at least be half as affluent as Germans.

Because the Navy wants to be more diverse.

Look at Kagan and Sotomayor (Obamas appointees to the Supreme Court). Do you at least see some of the discrimination and disparities? The tables have turned (so to speak); yet whites continue to do better everywhere, with individual exceptions of course.
