It was tough At War, Blessed death and other real bands weren't touring. It seemed like only Slayer and few others were the only beacon of hope for metal so thank the oneness of the universe that At War made the long awaited third album and started touring again. I can only listen to good Metal, you know the stuff that will shine forever, didn't get tainted by the manufactured demands that commercial radio pushes on the masses. At War, true to metal, Shines without polish, tough as a tank.
