This Video is total Bullshit? I know 5 different families including me and my wife that all own their homes now through "Rent to Own" you have to have perfect credit in today's market to get a normal mortgage. We did rent to own and moved into a normal mortgage after we were in the home for 2 1/2 years. It was almost like a refi, since we were already in the home. Rent To Own helped us and 5 other families we know!!!
I gave a lease option with little down buyers credit scores were in low 500s kept buyers rental records and locked in a price of 19200 2 years later she has a convential loan and she now has had the house for 7 years valued at 350000 . u could be partly right but you are more like 50% right and 50% wrong . no hate just stating my experance . No im not an investor or a land lord!
@ paulstrong! Who did you guys go thru to rent an own. I want to try that myself but I'm skeptical.
