To actually see the difference you have to open up two windows, and play each video side by side. Then you can see that the Flip Ultra has more colors and is a tiny bit better quality than the iPhone. But thats the way it should be because a device is supposed to be just a camcorder, (which means better quality) that a phone, that just has that feature.
I think the flip looks only slightly better and then, only when full screen. At smaller screen size, can't see a difference. Remarkably good video and audio for a camera phone!

yeah. Windows 7 makes that very easy :D.(you just the windows to a side of the screen and it fills half of it.
