It's actually Reimu's theme as boss of the extra stage from the Seihou game Shuu Sou Gyoku.

Why are the non-playable-characters forgot about so often in the list of favorites? My favorites are Sakuya and Cirno from 6, and Alice and Chen from 7. All NPCs. N.B., I did say Sakuya _from 6_ and Alice _from 7_, where they WERE NPCs. because bosses are just more badass.
