The Surf Ballroom is still open and has different attractions every month...They have a big celebration of the 50s every February...The Surf is always sold out...If you are ever in Clear Lake, Iowa you should make sure to go there...They also have the things that are shown in the slideshow, although the car was in Clear Lakes' Antique Auto Show in August....You can also go to the crash site of the airplane that Buddy Holly, Richie Valance and the Big Bopper were in...
