Sukapon most definitely could have made it. He'd be much easier to program and plan his moves, considering he's from a fighting game. Even his design is simple. I think Brawl could've taken out some things people would use the least (Masterpieces for example >_>) and had enough memory for another character. lol

Sukapon Toss isnt "special" enuf to b a "special move", that's why I say the roll, because he is the only one in HIS game with a Roll

Sukapon was built to be the first, and most powerful fighting robot EVER! But they messed up and instead he was born with a sense of humor. He was rebuilt to fight all of the reprogrammed, upgraded, and newly made robots of the Evil Guy. All robots were based on his design, therefore, he can easily be rebuilt to have more powerful moves...

Besides, it doesn't have to make sense, look at CAPTAIN FALCON!!

Well, the bad guy helped make Sukapon who was made by the Good Guy, and he used that knoweldge to make EVIL robots... SO it's SORTA an inspiration...

And the Good scientist (I gotta learn the names...) made last minute changes to save the world, he can make 10 YEAR preparations to get him into a Brawler...

And not of this matters cause he's not in Brawl anyway, and I don't even picture him in SSB4 because of the little they added in THIS installment... SSB5, now THATS something!
