Right just to clear a few things up for this misguided fool! As someone who has been involved in Leisure centres in the past i can shed some truth to this silly video.

First of all the camera's are there to stop theft from lockers which is very common in council run leisure centres

Secondly the camera's are pointed at the lockers only!

Thirdly would you rather be mugged and nothing be done about it?

In your hippy world everyone loves each other but fact is thats not the case WAKE UP!

I'm guessing that the camera may be more for deterring theft of wallets, purses or jewelry, but you'd think they'd find a simple solution like theft-proof lockers or something. Being filmed while changing is outrageous! Why don't the local people of the district petition together to have the cameras shut down? It's their tax money paying for it after all.

Because you'll probably find more people are ok with them,than not.The tabloid driven "Broken Britain" meme is prompting readers to back measures like these out of panic that "we're losing control of society". CCTV doesn't affect most people's lives,like a tax rise does. We can go by each year being filmed from every angle,day in day out,and not feel the slightest bit affected.Most of the time,we're unaware of them. Only when they appear in our cherished front rooms will a majority object.

Interesting how things have developed.When I was a Boy in the 80s,swimming pool changing rooms were open plan. Young Boys and Men (and ones we didn't know) all showered nude without cover. There wasn't the "molestor paranoia & hysteria" of today. Over time,open plan gave way to separate changing cubicles.Now they've switched to CCTV? It doesn't make sense. I'd say the CCTV is more about that. I disagree about terrorism,btw. It exists. But it is certainly being milked for everything it's worth.

it was school time at the swimming pool there where about 50 kids there its not very good

the pool is used by all the local schools must be 1,000s of kids go there

My thoughts entirely TyroneB, If each and every one of us went out one morning and destroyed 1 camera, that would be the end of CCTV. If they decide to replace them (millions and millions) then we do it again. When are the people of this country gonna grow some bollocks and stop rolling over for the NWO.

It's easily explained. The will is not there. It's not there because there is more passive 'support' for these so called "preventitive measures" than resistance,from my listening to people. People give way to fears (existing, or implanted). And those who 'would' go to destroy 1 CCTV will be recorded en-route by 20 other CCTV in a UK city centre,for example. All can be explained in this country by observing how most citizens feel comfortable being nannied and regulated, than truly free.
