The way chiropractic should be minus the hanging upside-down part and being thrown out the window part now and days they just use fancy gizmos... lol.
I'd like to bring the comments back to the comedic aspects of this sketch and not give a dissertation on chiropractic's safety- our gifted and ballsy actors who were dedicated to bringing this audience to tears were not making a statement on the safety of medicine! This was just no-holds-barred comedy. A sadomasochistic chiropractor with a foot fetish! Funny. This looked like it was rehearsed for months! Their abilities and balls are a lesson to all actors.
This is YouTube, not your own personal blog site. You clearly think quite highly of yourself and your opinion - seeing as you think we all want to read your endless thoughts on this. Who are you to take up so much space in this comments section of a very funny video by Kramer and what appears to be a guy who looks like Belkie. You probably have an opinion on Belkie, too, don't you. You Belkie loving man lover. You probably like it no-holds-barred with Belkie. So stop typing endless drivel.
In the United States, 225,000 people die each year as a result of medical doctors. 106,000 alone from the adverse reaction to medications. In contrast, chiropractic is by FAR the safest form of health care known to man. The incidence of an adverse reaction to an adjustment is 1 in 3 million. (According to the scientific literature). Chiropractors also pay the lowest malpractice premiums of any physician. Why? Because they don't kill people.
Despite what some of the commenters have to say, that there is a lot of talent. To do all of that without editing, believe me, that's really difficult.
I'm looking for the "men who hug" sketch from Fridays with Larry David & Michael Richards. It would be great to see again; I have it somewhere in my Beta archives and will eventually post it here, but just htought I'd ask anyway.
That was really - something... Amazing physical work, but what was it really about? Someone have a nightmare experience at their chiropractor? Some funny moments, but mostly, I guess I just don't get it. Maybe it's the idea of having my head between Michael Richards's legs...
I have always regarded Mark Blankfield as one of the most gifted physical comedians of his generation. This clip, with the equally gifted Michael Richards, proves it. Thanks for posting this. And remember; these folks are professionals...do NOT try this at home!!!
C'mon. Predictable slapstick? When's the last time anyone on SNL performed stunts like this? They're both very talented. And I admire the seemless choreography of the pratfallingness!
