Steve, we have 160+ engineers and 9 of them are dedicated to the Monitoring team exclusively :) This video took Jason and I (Travis) 2 hours to complete and we are both on the marketing team. The marking of this video didn't affect the monitoring of your server and no heroes were harmed in the making of this video ;)
You guys should know that I think the entire company is heroic. I could not be happier! I just finished doing a comparison for a business who wants to switch hosts.
