@Nattiethebrattie I don't think you should call it crappy. It's not the best but it's also no "shit." The only thing I've got to say critique wise is that you're playing the song way to fast. It's meant to be a slow song, and maybe practice your strumming a bit. So it's not down so much. I love your voice though!

Hey everyone. I appreciate the comments and the feedback, however, let me elaborate on some things:

This is MY version of the song. It was inspired by Gary Jules AND Tears for Fears, however, as a singer I prefer to make music into my own style, and well.. this suited me perfectly. The way I sang it, (more upbeat/faster) is to express the anger but also sadness the person feels (not actually me). If you prefer the other versions, then buy their cd's. This is my own and I will not change it :)

Yeah, I picked up on the anger and not just sadness. The sadness underlying it and the anger finally coming to the fore as you start to release your emotions and allow it to reach a crescendo.

The anger came out before you started to sing ... in your face and forehead ... and it was offputting until you began to express the emotion in the song and then it made sense.

Thanks for your version of this amazing song. It added something to the experience of it for me, Nattie.
