Congrats on everything. I just starting watching your videos recently. I lost my mom when I was 30 and she will always be with you in spirit to celebrate all your accomplishments in life. I saw the wedding gowns that you had chosen. I wish you had chosen the traditional Indian wedding dress. I think it is one of the most beautiful wedding outfits of all time. That's AWESOME!!!! We're both gonna begin our journey January 2010 and I'm also like you, I wanna get back to doing my videos on youtube as well, but I used to do them each day. I'm gonna do the same, just a little different then last time.

Maybe we can hold each other accountable and coach each other, cause it's true you never stop learning about weight loss...I haven't, I learn new things everyday (only cause I'm getting Prevention emails) They are really good.

I reached my 2009 goal today, 99.9 kg (220.2 lbs). Total loss in 2009 (so far): 62.6 kg (138.0 lbs). Everyone can do it! Just focus and set your mind to it!

Low carbing with calorie restriction on top of that. Not as strict as atkins though. Some excersise also but not that much, and no soda, mostly drining water, and alot of it.
