Simple plot + good dialogue. Best part of this movie tho is how the first half Norton is the loser who hasnt done anything with his life & Leonard has done plenty & is having some event in his honor. But then on a dime the roles reverse & Leonard is now like the bad guy & Norton is the decent one. Then they almost flip back at the end
