Bloody fanboys, BF3 and CoD MW3 are two different play-styles.

CoD you have the more fast-paced, very stylized gameplay.

BF you have tactical play style and it is a bit more slowed down.

I play the CoD series and the BF series and tbh, teamwork isn't really as key as you all make out, it just so happens that people know that playing as a medic and reviving people will give them points, playing as an engineer will get some points for fixing up a tank. Overcoming an obstacle like a tank as a team only happens because it benefits everyone, there's not really much conscious thought of "Must act as a team!" I mainly find myself thinking "My team sucks dick"

I also play the multiplayer, but I also enjoy the campaign, in fact I go back to the campaign more than I do with any other game (bar Resistance: FoM). I also notice a lot of people on my friend's list going back to Call of Duty campaigns, because they're very good - if a little farfetched.

Why would I rent if I wanted to go back to the campaign a few weeks down the line, and then again, and then again, and then again? Also, I've never beaten a CoD campaign in 6hrs, they're normally ten and also, plenty of other games milk a sequel, CoD just happens to be one of the bigger names. Imo, the Battlefield franchise has begun to milk it, particularly seeing as the BF3 campaign is 5hrs long and plays like Call of Duty.
