A cardinal rule in making injection on the buttocks is to make the injection on the Upper-outer Quadrant of the buttocks. Clearly there is something amiss about the site of injection, resulting in paralysis because the nerve was harmed

I hope you read of the woman who is suing Thogoto Orthopedic Hospital for Ksh. 4 million. That woman had NO MONEY to even file her case, so she asked the court to FILE FREE ... let no lack of money or anything stop you. FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR CHILD, do NOT stop, no matter how much those doctors offer you sympathy!!! PLEASE SUE!!
