I'm wending my through all the videos available here, thanks so much. At times subtitles would be very helpful as I miss out hearing sentences at start or at end when voice is low. Most is clear to understand though.

I have real trouble hearing you speaking on this, due to the loud music. Lots of others like myself have sensorineural deafness which means it's hard to hear vocals when there is "background" music. Would you consider not having the music at all wehn youre speaking? As I am interested in the topic. Thanks :)

Thanks Mr. Bruce. I recently got your ' Mastering A.P.-90 Day Program'. I wanted to ask you about the similarities between lucid dreams and o.b.e.'s. My vibrational induced obe's seem less stable and are difficult to maintain.They are shadowy.All my astral experiences are subjective.Without getting too deep into Kantian phenomenology,I would like to ask you in all seriousness,if it is possible to have an objective,real-time obe on this earthly plane?The Holy Grail type like Muldoon and Monroe?

Yes, this is possible. It takes a lot of energy, and this is where energy work and preparation comes in. The more energy you have and the more active your energy centers, the more powerful and objective is the OBE.

@RealAstralBob Thank you Mr.Bruce.I have come close to an objective obe during the daytime,everything seemed real when I floated out of my body towards the ceiling but on careful observation the blanket was in the wrong spot and I couldn't see my body on the bed.Other than that everything was in place.I wonder if our astral eyes perceive differently when on this plane.Also,most of my projections are in black and white and are more like dreams of projecting.I will read more in your fine books-tks

Sorry for the tardy reply...I just spotted this.

The astral dimension is fluid and affected by many things. This includes reality fluctuations, with things being out of place, missing, or new objects appearing. The stronger the energy of a projector, the more closely to physical actual reality will he she perceive.

To gain color, try making commands 'I see in color' or 'give me color' and repeat as necessary. This usually works.

All obe exit methods re essentially same.

Monroe's methods are fine.

But there is more to OBE than technique.

The memory download is key.

No memory = no OBE.

The ability to remember obe can be developed.

one problem here is using the word 'god'. This carries baggage. Source is better for the moment.

It takes a huge leap of faith to 'realize' your higher nature. Then you will understand the 'why' of your question. Until then, nothing I can say will help.

The word 'god' causes reactions in people. It means different things to different people, so it how it is used can cause offense to some, and lose others. Some people will want to kill you if you use it in what they consider to be the wrong way. To save arguments its best avoided.
