Tree-Cutting Controversy in Portland, Oregon

There was no science behind the cutting. I recall something like 135 trees were initially slated for removal. Mostly hardwood like Cottonwood and Ash.

Portland has increased it's tree canopy over the past 30 years, and illogical removal is inconsistent with the city's conduct.
