I assume with the hats and all, this guy in the video is a magician, and if "magician's" wouldn't be allowed to go up on stage and perform something cause people paid for it, they wouldn't be allowed to go up on stage at all :P There is (I would say at least 98% of the time) a logical explanation to whatever "Magic" is being performed. Just because the piano fails to make a sound when being hit by the ball doesn't mean that the keys are wired in such a way that all of them produce the next note in the song queue to trick the audience. The piano could simply have misfired the note.

A better indication that this is fake is when different keys produce the same note.

The thing is, who cares. All magicians at magic shows use tricks to entertain their audience. It's a great show! :)
