Vocally Lord Worm sucks except for a few screams and processed growls here and there and the rest you mentioned are either on the same level or not terribly higher than Chris Barnes in terms of visual intensity . I'm not by any means a huge fan of Chris Barnes though I remember clearly when Butchered at Birth came out and everyone jumped on his dick and emulated his vocal style . His influence is undeniable .

Ever since Chris was kicked from CC I stopped listening to them I read the lyrics and they aren't as brutal as Chris' songs. I listen to SFU a lot more even though he doesn't write brutal songs I like melodic music over technical stuff cause its catchy.

As far as shot vocals,this doesn't have to occur if the vocalist sings diaphrametically instead of pushing the throat.A lot of the high pitch notes you hear from Dickinson,Tate,Halford are actually effortless for them despite the animated faces.

barne's singing in unbelievable!!!! fisher has his own style but somehow CC sounds 1000 times sicker with barnes than with fisher. Fisher would suit a blackened death metal band but barnes's vocals are like maggots festering over pus filled flea infested bloody chunks of rotting meat ....which are being eaten by small pox infested mouth with rotten bleeding absesses!!!......mmmmm in hindsight I think that's a compliment to Barnes.... The most under rated album ever, I mean people who slag Butchered at Birth off are people who A. don't like Death Metal/and or Cannibal Corpse or B, don't listen to the album enough, the riffs rule as do the vocals and the storys the lyrics create are sick! Awesome music!
