Of course, it was originally called "You've got to be a scrubber if you want to get on" but with no airplay, it had to be issued with the 'cleaned up' title and lyric - shame, it would have been SO much better left alone! @DustyCustard Well as Roger Daltrey says in the intro, it was a "cleaned-up version". I remember (as an avid reader of all the music press at the time) reading an article about it and I'm 99.9% sure that it was to be originally called "You've got to be a scrubber if you want to get on" but whether it was ever recorded as this, I don't know (I doubt it, copies would have surfaced I'm sure; maybe just a working title?).

Yes, she sadly dies of cancer at a 'relatively young age', but I do not know when. She was a model, actress and writer - a truly talented lady.
