@TaySwiftyyLover To lose weight its mainly about how you eat not about the workouts. Working out is still important though. Just by only drinking water you can drop 10 lbs.
@TaySwiftyyLover this is for toning, cardio is better for weight loss, it'll help you lose a little bit in your legs but it's more to gain muscle. plus, weight loss is mostly in what you eat, the healthier you eat equals the more weight you lose
The main question is - Is it working? Are you willing to do the work? Are you committed to your goal? Also, you must put together a plan that works for you so you stay committed. I took something from here, there and everywhere and I lost 70 lbs. That is what is important because there are many ways to get the results you are looking for without being deprived.

It is effective for short term result, but after a while it gets boring and you can't control the amount you are eating ... basically you see food and you go binge eating.
Yes, the primary muscle worked on here is the gluteus medius, secondary are inner and outer thighs so inner thighs are being worked. Good instruction, however.

@xD3Sx That's not necessarily true. Everyone goes through growth spurts + grows at different rates. I was 5'9 between the ages of 13 to 15. I felt like a giant. I'm 30 so have been through with growing for quite some time. Now I'm 5'10. I love my height. :)
