  • Great fitness content, but I am more interested in knowledge right now. Where is the educational content on performing well in school, study skills, reading comprehension, writing skills, etc.? Many parts of the country are returning to classes right now and I would think 1 to 3 minute lessons by experts on educational topics MIGHT be popular. Writing essays, using multimedia tools, effective keyword searches could all be covered in brief lessons. Does anyone agree?

Have you been working out for very long? :o sometimes people have trouble, and end up very very sore or spraining something if they aren't used to doing it. I was the same way with lunges T_T my legs hurt for about 3 days after doing a few of em, but I built up resistance eventually,

  • @TaySwiftyyLover To lose weight its mainly about how you eat not about the workouts. Working out is still important though. Just by only drinking water you can drop 10 lbs.

  • @TaySwiftyyLover this is for toning, cardio is better for weight loss, it'll help you lose a little bit in your legs but it's more to gain muscle. plus, weight loss is mostly in what you eat, the healthier you eat equals the more weight you lose

  • I don't recommend counting calories guys.. I have done it for six months, eating cereals and fruits only for all three meals a day. It is effective for short term result, but after a while it gets boring and you can't control the amount you are eating ... basically you see food and you go binge eating.

  • Yes, the primary muscle worked on here is the gluteus medius, secondary are inner and outer thighs so inner thighs are being worked. Good instruction, however.

    Open your hips. Exercise safely. Look up "hips yoga". That'll help you.

  • @xiDaNnY95xi you better start drinking coffe, try to stunt that growth you'll be freakishly tall by 20. 6'5, 6'6, no one wants to be that tall. im 6'1 now when i was 15 i was 5'7 lol so watch it.

  • @xD3Sx That's not necessarily true. Everyone goes through growth spurts + grows at different rates. I was 5'9 between the ages of 13 to 15. I felt like a giant. I'm 30 so have been through with growing for quite some time. Now I'm 5'10. I love my height. :)
