Great way to overcome the price objection in this film, although I'd do it another way... When you ask if that is the clients only concern, i'd ask them "So if this is your only objection, if I do anything about the price or give you a surplus, you'd agree with my proposition?" Get them to say yes, close out all the other objections they might turn to. After that, I'd literally do something about the price e.a. discount (we all know we got them). And then use the silent killer. Great vid anyway
It all boils down to the "You get what you pay for!" principle which your points address quite nicely. Once one learns how to convey this concept in the manner which you describe, you'll almost always walk out with the paperwork and the check.
I have seen your video about 3 times now and tried to use your tips in my sales visits. I made 4 visits to aquire new clients and in 3 out of 4 sales pitches (using your tips) it was succesful.
Thank you so much for posting those videos. They've really helped me overcoming this small, but anoying details that can just keep a client from becoming a customer.
I'm in the mortgage business and I search Youtube for NLP techniques, sales speakers, etc... and this 3 minutes video helped me far more than any of them. Thank you a million times!!!
you know what he's right...ALWAYS make it YOUR fault...agree with them whenever you can and reclose ALWAYS...don't agrue with Mr/Mrs prospect NOT WORTH IT...they start NOT to like you.
