awesome tips! yeah, having friends take pictures of you while posing really helps because sometimes you feel like you look good, even in a mirror, but then you see a photo and realize that pose just isn't working right!!

Good video, the shakeout. The idea is to connect to the mental impulse without thinking and tap into relaxation, if your into acting a variety of these excersises, like gibberish can be multitasked.

I bought a few things from your website and I have to say that i'm pretty impressed! I just think that shipping to Canada was too expensive... 39$ + 43$ for taxes and customs... That's 82$ too much and Canada is just next to the USA!! Can't you do anything about that? i would definitely buy more things if so! Thanks :)
