So why are you testing Internet-Calls on such a weak Wi-Fi Signal??? I think this is where the Lag come from.

@decider148 The lag probably comes from using a codec that doesn't transcode quickly. It's not a WLAN signal issue - that wouldn't cause lag, it would cause the call to break up.

Im a droid 2 user and love it. But T-Mobile Blackberries have had internet calling (UMA) for quite some time now. Great feature if youve got no signal from your provider but have a wi-fi signal.

Just use Skype for Android, long as the other person has it then its free to free calls.
