  • iron oxide is rust duh

  • @SuperJango2000

    And who said it wasn't?

  • I detect a way to make infinite energy!

  • can u touch it

  • Sick yr Dick in there next

  • ive gone to far into youtube

  • i was watching cat videos how did i get here... you should have poked it/

  • HOW DID I GET HERE FROM PONIES?!

  • 2:40 Woke everyone up in my house when i started to laugh ahahahhah

  • @AlainasBoy

XD If only i realized what I was saying back then.

  • @AHW214 Can you buy ferrofluid?

  • @AHW214 can you grab that thing when its in that form? i mean have you tried? i think the outcome would be wierd but interesting lol

  • @AHW214

  • how the hell is that a spoon

  • THATS WHAT SHE SAID 2:40

  • DO WANT!

  • can you touch that?

  • 2:39

  • What woud happen if you get ferrofluid on your skin.

  • how would you get the magnet out?!?!

  • i want one...

  • @jaded9000

Now I have a Canon 60D, goodbye flip ultra.

  • I was thinking 'Hmmmm How do you get the magnet out?' the whole video

  • You sound young, but in my opinion, I'd think you'd be a great voice-over artist. Your voice just has that quality.

  • Does the ferrofluid smell like paint fumes?

  • @ThePriceisright32 LOL I was thinking the same

  • i dont get it?

  • 2:40 That's what she said BOOM!

  • You would make a great science teacher! great examples!

  • ...how do u take the magnet out?

  • So, my mind has just basically been blown.

  • 2:40 thats what she said hahaha

  • so that's what's in my loudspeakers!.

  • i wonder what happend if you try to remove the magnet with you own hands XD

  • u sound like your reading off of nother persons experiment

  • 2:40 thats wut he said

  • Wow, thats awesome! I had honestly never heard of Ferrofluid before.Really cool stuff. I would've liked to see you put the magnet in, and take it back out. :D Now.. where can I get some of this stuff... I'm pretty sure Wal-Mart doesn't have it. Lol.

  • LAWL, "I'm gunna stick it in now, see how far it goes in" XDDD

  • but

    will it blend?

  • @SECRETxAGENTxM

    Yes, yes it would.

  • @SECRETxAGENTxM you a fucking fagget dude

  • @SECRETxAGENTxM can someone tell me what the joke of "will it blend" on youtube is? i would understand "will it bend over?" but blend...

  • @SECRETxAGENTxM ok after some research, its just a jerky TV Show........... oO

  • @Garretthierisser have you ever seen a video like this? v=lAl28d6tbko

  • @SECRETxAGENTxM wery easaly

  • lol... press 9 xD

  • Thank U So Much.

This Video is actually explaining what hit the World Trade Centre^^

HAARP can let the ferrofluids surface look how it's programmed(e.g. a plane =), HEUREKA, genious! So 2nd hit was a giant drone magnet covert with ferrofluid

Like This and Spread to the World!!!

  • what the i was looking a minecraft and i some ow ended uo here

  • @Pokemonrulez675 Me too! Strange how that works, isn't it? O.o

(Not really, because what is mentioned above it just some really stupid algorithm in a very large computer somewhere.) :D

    PS:

Minecraft & this video are both awesome :)

  • @yellowcrash10

I agree, but Minecraft isn't just fun, its also addicting as hell.

  • where can u get this "faroflud"

  • can u touch it

  • touch it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how do you get the ferrofluid of the magnet?

  • dude your smart as fuxx keep it up

  • Why are you so surprised none of the ferrofluid came off with the spoon?

The spoon is polar, the oil in the ferrofluid is nonpolar. They repel. O_o

  • I'd be more interested after seeing the video how you take the magnet out =)

  • @Labyrynth1000 I'd tend to say, no more! :-) Except you'd expose the whole combo to another magnet that is by far stronger than the encapsulated one. Perhaps placed below the bucket?

  • @HJPhilippi

That would probably work, but my only fear would be getting the bottom magnet stuck to the ferrofluid and the one within the ferrofluid. Since it is a rare earth magnet, it would be very tedious to separate from another.

  • @Labyrynth1000

If only I could've, that was a nice rare earth magnet I lost.

  • @Labyrynth1000 lol that will be a tough one

  • @Labyrynth1000 pull it outt and wash it off

  • 0:30

    "iron oxide"

    is it FeO or Fe2O3?

  • @tuba1423

It is usually Fe3O4 or Fe2O3.

  • FERROFLUID IS A MAGNETIC GOD

  • 2:39 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

  • @rubbertrashful LOOOOOOOOL imma stick it in !!! XD

  • @AHW214 well now u do.

  • i never new iron oxide was a chemical LOL!

  • horrible directing skills

  • @bustXaXmovee

I never knew youtube was a movie theater.

  • @AHW214 You've never been to the Gmod theater?

  • @bustXaXmovee This video hardly involves directing dude. It's just a demonstration with a commentary. I found it both entertaining and informative.

  • Can you make ferrofluid yourself or do you have to buy it somewhere? If you can make it, then how?

  • @3StOoGeS71125

It can be bought or made. The materials needed to make it are MICR toner and vegetable oil. Here is a popular video on how to produce ferrofluid- youtube.com/watch?v=vsQh1AT6qUE

  • so its iorn filings in oil... we understand, there is no need to be patronising.

  • 2:40 THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!! btw nice vid

  • @SoupOmelet OMG OMG OMG YOU BEAT ME TO IT HAHAHAHA!

  • wizardry!!

  • where can you get this?

  • this is like mercury? toxic ,, or something¿?

  • @escorbutoxps4

Nope. It's iron oxide (rust) particles suspended in oil. As long as you don't ingest it its safe.

  • @AHW214 i wonder what type of oil is used to make ferrofluid...

  • @stampede122 -_-

  • @stampede122 Actually it can be a different organic solvent or water.

  • @escorbutoxps4 No its just REALLY HARD to get off your skin

  • To seperate magnet from liquid heat the magnet

  • I was not able to remove the magnet from the ferrofluid. It is probably possible but very difficult.

  • Cool. Now how do you seperate the magnet and the fluid again? :P

  • damn...i want touch it!!

  • @komandercapish my thoughts exactly

  • Ferrofluid feels like liquid soap.

  • what if you put the Ferrofluid between 2 magnets?

would it divide, stretch, or compact like it did here

  • @7529gamer

It would probably matter which poles are facing the ferrofluid.

  • this is soooo cooooool! i want i want

  • I bet this kid is gonna grow up and cure cancer. He sounds like 10 and is messing with chemicals either something good or bad will happen.

  • How do you get fluid off the magnet ?

  • @2:40 thats what he said

  • @hineshunter

    How original of you

  • So u wtached HouseholdHacker video and just copyed it ?

  • this fluid looks like used oil from my car :D so maybe it works the same :D

  • Where can you buy ferrofluid at?

  • finally, a kid on youtube that shows something that's actually cool

  • @MrCaserious ikr.

  • neat

  • it looks like jello

    jiggly jiggly

  • How do you get the fluid off the magnet after?

  • can u touch thise shit?

  • LOL 2:40 to 2:46. THATS WHAT SHE SAID!

  • can u touch ferrofluid?

  • this guy shouldnt even be talking about the poles any ways!

  • can it conduct electricity?

  • must... buy ...ferrofluid

  • how did you get the magnet back without touching the ferrofluid?

  • @rabbit4400 thats what I was wondering.. How do you get the fluid off the magnet?

  • wered u get it

  • @AHW214 Couldn't you use another magnet to get the Ferrofluid off your hand? XD

  • Look at CC Transcribe Audio 1:05 lololol

  • Look at CC Transcribe Audio 0:14 lololol

  • Heh. Now how do you get the ferrofluid off the magnet again?

  • Press 9 and listen!:D

(dont hold just press it once)

  • I WANT IT!!!

  • 1:06, its alive! ITS ALIVE!

  • SPIDERMANS BLACK SUIT!!!

  • 1:58 you end up with kids.... :-/

  • Iron Oxide = Rust

  • the spikes are the magnetic fields generated when the magnet touches........its not wierd its 7th grade science, its cool though

  • This fucking thing is alive! :O

  • you should get a massive magnet loads of ferrofluid drop in the magnet n roll it down a hill bet tht would freak ppl out seeing tht roll past them lol =O

  • Comment removed

  • soooooo you get your magnet back? lol

  • good luck getting your magnet back

  • is that bieber?

  • What happens when you touch it?

  • we can see the earth being poked with a giant spoon

  • Definitely something to throw at your friends when they walk through the door lol.

  • thats soo cool!!! is venon or what XD

  • Venom!!!

  • How'd you end up separating them?

  • I would call mine jim. lol

  • yeah lets see how far you can stick your spoon in that fluid :P

  • say you put three magnets vertical on a stick and and poured ferrofluid for a cool display and the magnets are diametrically magnetized, would it be three spiky balls standing upright or would it just fall?

  • i'm pretty sure gravity doesn't work with poles...

  • @LonelyCheeto

When did i say gravity had poles, it was that magnetism has poles.

  • @AHW214

    Look at 1:20

  • @ericdevey

ok ok but i never said it has poles

  • @AHW214 gravity pull not pole

  • You sound like Justin Bieber. No offence.

  • you can use toner and a rare earth magnet i tink

  • Now I know what Venon is made of

  • dude...WHAT DO THE SPIKE FEEL LIKE!?!?! :D

lol jk but what do they feel like?

  • @AmberLynn86314

    1. You get mess everywhere

    2. It feels like jelly or something that gets harder the closer to the magnet you get

  • how do you get all these chemicals!

  • @TheAnimator54

    Various websites online.

  • @TheAnimator54 you can make it simply from mixing cooking oil and ink toner look for a vid :)

  • I wonder... if you were to take a lot of magnets and stick them end to end, if the magnets reach from the bottom of a jar to the top, and the jar has ferrofluid on the bottom, will it make somewhat of a fountain?

  • ball!!!!

  • click 9!! that is the funniest thing i have ever heard! thumbs up if you agree

  • ummmmmmmmmm thats what she said!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL (is it old yet?)

  • i made ferro fluid and no spikes come out

  • what happens when you grab the magnet trough the ferrofluid and try to lift it up?

would the ferrofluid be like floating as long as you keep holding the magnet?

  • 2:42 THATS WHAT SHE SAID!!

  • @SADFACE1000 OMG YOU STOLE MY IDEA 6 MONTHS AGO!!!!! are you a wizard? >.> <.<

  • @SADFACE1000 She said "I'm gonna stick it in now"? Poor you :/

  • @SADFACE1000 u beat me to it!

  • ok i am a chemist and i did this one time and put the magnet to close to the top of the container and the ferrofluid came over like river and i could not stop it and remember i am still holding the magnet andit did indeed get all over my hands and i could not retrieve the magnet i disposed of it and my hands were stained for days !!!!!! you are vert good for your age keep it up!!! and where do you get so many exotic chemicals??? and you know how to use them

  • @jessiebm123 Thats the same way I accidentally got ferrofluid on my magnet. I get most of my chemicals from my chemistry kit.

  • i made a bottle of ferro fluid. it's actually really easy to do but isn't anyware near as efficent as store bought stuff.
