I heard that chewing black black helps cut back on smoking. This gum does have caffeine in it, which does concern me with the idea of trading being addicted to smoking to being addicted to caffeine. But I do remember reading a story about chewing this gum helps cut back on smoking.

Again, I think it has to do with the caffeine in the gum. It's not actually a gum you chew to stop smoking, it's more of something like redbull.
