I'm sorry I just can't agree with all of you guys. I believe 'off the top of the head' plain deserves more respect-- stumble or not. I'm not talking about choking though-- that's a whole different story; pausing for like 10 seconds is pushing it too much. But if all you do is stumble a little bit and you're spitting off the top then you deserve extra points over someone who has the unfair advantage of months of thinking time.
