one thing I dont like those flappy paddle shifter is that when you cruising in higher gear but you want to get going you have to go thru all the gears like 6-5-4-3, with a manual just 6-3, much faster.

Paddle shifted semi-auto. There is still a clutch like in a manual, but the driver doesn't work it --a computer does. So there is just 2 pedals, not three.

the standard gallardo wasn't very good in a dynamic sense, that's where the 430 was much better. but this car has an amazing interior, very comfortable.

the gallardo is a car to be used every day, while the 430 is meant for special occasions.

all in all, the gallardo is better value.
