  • We need a president that recognizes that Bush is a Criminal

  • How so if he is?

  • AMERICAN ENERGY WASTE is EVERYWHERE !

We stupidly over heat and over cool our homes, offices, businesses, schools, churches, etc.. 10's of millions of outdoor lights burn during the day. Most Americans do not minimize their driving.

The SOLUTION is to dramatically reduce America's energy demand using the economics of taxing energy, in lieu of Federal Income Tax. UNTIL gas cost $6 to $8 per gallon, hedonistic America will not reduce its energy waste. TAX ENERGY-NOT INCOME

  • Tom is the First candidate I have seen in Many Years that is Actually FOR America! We need you and I will do all I can to help that to happen.

    TOM FOR PRESIDENT....

  • Unlike Mike Huckabee, Tom Tancredo does not support amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

  • What does Huckabee stand for? What does Brownback stand for? How about Gilmore? Thats the problem with them...they're campaigns are lost in the vapor?

Support Tom in 08. He's an american not a politician first!

  • Huckabee and Brownback both support rewarding millions of illegal aliens with legal status and a path to citizenship.

  • Not true at all. This is the third post that I've seen saying this. Can someone please show me where you got this information? PLEASE go to explorehuckabee dot com and click on the immigration link to see his position. Huckabee is strongly oppposed to Amnesty and has even release press releases to oppose the current legislation.

  • timchristian

go to (google) Americans for Better Immigration

    Huckabee is on page 2

  • Thank you. That clarifies things immensely. There's a finer point now. Tom's stance is nothing short of throwing all illegal aliens back over the fence. Mike's point is that it's not a realistic option. Mike supports a strong punishment (monetary fine?) for the ones that are here illegally with the option to line up for legal citizenship.

  • Mike Huckabee supports rewarding millions of illegal alien lawbreakers with legal status and a path to citizenship. Every illegal aliens that unlawfully enters the USA violates Title 8, Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, the penalty for which can be a felony or a misdemeanor.

  • The 1986 amnesty required illegal aliens to pay fines and receive criminal background checks. If laws against hiring illegal aliens are enforced and benefits taken away from illegal aliens, many of them will return to their home country voluntarily. When Huckabee and others tell illegal aliens that they will reward their unlawful behavior with citizenship, it encourages more illegals to enter the USA.

  • Okay, you have given me something to think about with Tom. My other candidate of interest is Duncan Hunter. What are your thoughts on him?

  • Huckabee may conveniently oppose the present Senate legislation, but he supports giving legal status and a path to citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. That is amnesty.

  • I like Tom, but Mike Huckabee seems a bit stronger overall and a much better speaker. As we all know, a good speaker can make a lot more progress with their agenda than one who is just so-so.

  • timchristian - Did you know Huckabee is for "Citizenship for Illegal Aliens' Babies" and Amensity

  • Huckabeee definitely supports rewarding illegal aliens with amnesty.

  • Not according to what I've heard him say and what's on his website. Here's a direct quote from his website on this position. "I am opposed to amnesty - I believe that those who came here illegally years ago and are now law-abiding taxpayers must pay a significant fine as admission of their guilt and have a choice of deportation or a rigorous process toward legal status."

  • To 70AMX's point, the children that are born in the US from illegal aliens are, by US law, American citizens by birth. Are you expecting Tom to change our law retro-actively and throw out the kids that were born here? I don't like it either, but what's our option?

  • Huckabee quote: "I tend to think that the rational approach is to find a way to give people a pathway to citizenship". Huckabee supports amnesty, whether he calls it amnesty or not.

  • We deserve a man of this caliber, for president. We've had a character drought for too long.

  • Tom - all the others are talking -> their voting history shows it.

You're the only one that is a doer and have not flip flopped and many years of voting history to show it.

People need to see this and that all the top tier have all flip flopped

  • Well done Tom!
