Also your shadows are flickering to change that if you are using Global Illumination is to change min resolution in gi settings to 60 instead of 10.

Himmm, looks good tracking. but not great! you have to improve tracking quality. and Compositing looks fair. you need to set shadows opacity %75, and you should use Ambient Occlusion for better result of self shadowing. One more thing: If you want to use Soft Shadow, change it's resolution to 750x750 pixels, it will be better ;)
