Thank you so much for posting this :D :D would never find out that they really loved each other... it would have been a great romance, they were so good together. I think that that sort of chemistry, with no on screen 'mouth to mouth' kissing is really rare. It's like that they got so into their roles, that they actually fall for each other :D aaaaaaaaaaawwww <3

Actually, in one of the other clips from Monster Mania, he says that before she died they finally did get to tell each other how they felt. I'm so glad they got 'closure', so to speak, that she didn't die with both of them never having resolved their love for each other. It's obvious that they really truly were meant to be together, and so sad they never were.

Exactely the love he describes in that video you can see in the later episodes of The Addams Family. At the beginning they're acting very professional and they get the love of Gomez and Morticia across very very well. But in the later episodes you can see that they're in love with each other, because suddenly there is something new between them and they get the love between Morticia and Gomez across in a new way. Even more convincing and you can see that they put they're hearts and souls in it.

It's almost ironic when you think about it--he and Carolyn were falling in love while playing a husband and wife who were truly in love with each other. I think that when you watch the TV show as well as the reunion show it's obvious that they actually fell in love in real life.

It's kind of funny that he never asked her how she felt, and she was probably thinking the same exact things about him and never asked him how he felt either...I think they call that unrequited love. Beautiful and tragic, actually.
