You know it's possible to avoid a positive test even as close as a few days to the test. I heard that Arum said Pacquiao agreed to it, but I haven't heard of Pacquiao saying it. Also Arum was called out as a liar and Mayweather camp said a lot of what Arum said is made-up. Yet Arum didn't turn around and defend himself.

@emforty2 Is Pacquiao on record saying he will agree to random drug testing? The only thing I can find is that Arum said that Pacquiao agreed to it. But no direct talk from Manny on the issue. I for one believe Manny is on something. He's 33 and in a totally different shape than he has ever been before. Testosterone levels are supposed to starting waning then, and an indicator of this is stagnation is improvement at best, and a slight decrease in abilities at worst. It doesn't add up.
