I think you will find it is. The original was called "Lux Aeterna" not Requiem For A Dream, that was the name of the film it appeared in.

As Schutzi2112 said, they are from the directors cut. In fact I ripped these scenes from the US Deluxe Edition which is the same as the international uncut version you can buy in the EU just without the second DVD with all the interviews and retrospective stuff.

you had me up to requiem for a dream. That screwed up the entire video. congratulations, I guess not enough people realize that requiem is a far too overused piece of music. It's like the macarena or the electric slide, there's nothing wrong with it, but you just don't want to hear. If you had gone with something else, you could've created the most god-awesome piece of fan-video for Leon to date. It's got potential, fix that and you're good

But seriously, that was the idea. To use a well known piece of music and see what it lends to the trailer. It worked well IMO.

I will soon be making another version with completely different music to show how much the soundtrack effects the 'feel' of what you see.
